Got recommended this book by a friend as I like to check out new authors. Got me hooked after the first page, I just wanted to know what happened next, read it in virtually in one sitting. A lovely story of love and family intrigue and secrets from the past. Wont say anything else as do not want to give away any spoilers. A simple style but wonderfully descriptive. The way she described Northern Spain had me wanting to run out to the travel agent! Cant believe this is Claire King's first novel, hope there is a sequel. Highly recommend.
