Killer Transaction by Catherine Bruns Cindy York mystery series #1. Cozy style mystery. A New York struggling real estate agent, Cindy York, gets mad when a coworker steals her latest contract before it’s finalized. Tiffany steals and manipulates from her coworkers all the time, with the support of the owner of the company, so it’s not a surprise when Cindy finds Tiffany dead in her office. As the prime suspect, Cindy starts her own investigation, knowing she will get answers the police won’t. The more questions Cindy asks, the more she realizes no one liked Tiffany. But who is desperate enough to kill?
With a family to help support, Cindy can’t afford the loss of the contracts but she’s not a killer. Using her bestie Jacques as a sounding board, Cindy finds lots of suspects who has reason to want Tiffany dead. Several twists, amusing children antics and loving husband support, this mystery had enough suspects to fill the house. Cindy runs around certain she can figure out the killer. She doesn’t expect it to turn back on her! I enjoyed the mystery and didn’t suspect the killer. A lot of plot tangents that will perhaps become more important in future books. 7 books in the series.
The Cindy York series was recommended to me, by my friends. I decided to read the series. This is The first book in the series. Cindy is a mature woman working to add income for the family. She has been married for 18 years to a man and they have a loving relationship. They have the 14-year-old daughter and twin sons who are 8 years and full of mischief. In the opening book of the Cindy is working for an agency for a few years and a new agent swipe one of her listing Cindy tells her off a c threaten the agent. Cindy has an evening meeting with an agent and the agent is found murdered. Cindy is the main suspect and she investigated the death to clear her name. Will Cindy be successful before she loses her life?
Cindy York is a real estate broker who has the unpleasant task of selling Mrs. Hunter's 60-year-old house which is in need of many repairs and maintenance. Sadly, the elderly Mrs. Hunter suffers from dementia and had been sweet-talked into signing a contract with Cindy's rival broker Tiffany Roberts at Hospitable Homes real estate agency. This is not the first time that Tiffany stole a listing from Cindy or the other brokers in the agency. With anger and frustration, Cindy immediately calls Tiffany and leaves her threatening voicemail messages ... ones that will later implicate her for Tiffany's murder. Cindy, along with her BFF and co-worker Jacques Forte, are determined to find out who wanted to murder Tiffany. Unfortunately, but perhaps not unexpectedly, the more people they interview, the suspect list grows.
This cozy has everything. I love the main character Cindy who is the amateur sleuth. Her husband and children are the best, even when at their worst. They are a wonderful family who are very supportive. Cindy is lucky to have Jacques as her BFF, who so loyal and dedicated, he bends over backwards for her. Cindy is very smart and clever and works hard at her job, handling herself like a pro when she is the underdog, especially with the owner of the agency, who is the boss from your nightmares.
I listened to this cozy in audio and it was one of the best produced audios I've heard in quite a while. The narrator Amy Deuchler has a beautiful voice, perfect for the role of Cindy York. Her pace was spot on, not rushed nor too slow. I did not feel the need to increase my narration speed to 1.2-1.3 times, like I normally do with other audios. The pauses between chapters or scenes were the right amount of time. She does an excellent job of voice acting, providing comedic quips, fright, angst, and desperation appropriately for the moment. Amy was able to provide different and flawless inflection for each of the characters, making it easy for my ears to determine which character was speaking.
I know this review is long-winded but that is because I cannot say enough good things about the book and narrator. This is one of the best cozies I've read and I do not say this lightly. I read the third book in ebook format before reading this first book in audio. I loved the third book so much, I had intended to go back to read the previous books. I have to say how pleasantly surprised that the first book is just as good as the third, and I expect the second book to be on the same level. I hope Catherine Bruns plans to continue writing this series and I hope to listen to Amy Deuchler in future books.

This audiobook was given to me for free at my request and I provided this voluntary and unbiased review.
A hapless real estate agent is a prime suspect when her biggest rival is killed, and she discovers the body. She's almost too busy to investigate with her family and all.
This book has some fantastically strongly written characters. I bought this book because of the blurb revolving around the mother-in-law's comments to her daughter-in-law, Cindy, after she finds the body of her co-worker and is interviewed by the police. The characterization and dialogue were so engaging that I immediately disliked the mother-in-law so much, I had to read the book and find out what happened. It was an entertaining adventure that didn't let go for a second. I like how the background theme of being a real estate agent is woven into a well plotted murder scheme. Cindy finds the body of Tiffany who most consider to be a "dirty agent" in the cut throat real estate game. Being the prime suspect in the murder, Cindy has to clear her name. We have dirty business dealings, false identities, theft and fraud all mixed up to give you an enjoyable read. I highly recommend this book and can't wait for the next one in the series to come out.
"Killer Transaction" by Catherine Bruns is a great start to the Cindy York series. Cindy York is a real estate agent for Hospitable Homes. She is married and has 3 children. Her boss always gives her the crappy listings and seems to favor Tiffany, who hasn't been at the agency as long as Cindy. Tiffany has upset one too many people and winds up dead. Cindy is being accused of the murder, so her and her best friend Jacques work together to figure out who did it. I really enjoyed the characters in this book and can't wait to continue in this series.
Killer Transaction by Catherine Bruns, realtor Cindy York is about to sign a much- needed contract to list a house when she learns that fellow realtor Tiffany Roberts, known to realtors as a dirty agent, has stolen the listing from Cindy. After leaving an angry message on Tiffany’s voice mail, Cindy goes on to her next event and then to the office of the company she and Tiffany both work for. Coming upon the fellow realtor murdered, Cindy gets accused by the office manager of having committed the crime, and soon everyone, including Cindy’s mother-in-law and 15-year-old daughter seems to think this is true. With the help of her best friend, Jacques, Cindy determines to get to the truth before she gets arrested or driven bankrupt from a lack of clients.

What a great start to a new series! I loved this book from the first chapter. It was so much fun to read. The characters are so real to today's lifestyle. You have Cindy York, wife, mom, realtor, and friend trying to do it all. Beside her is her wonderful and supportive husband Greg who always wants to protect Cindy. They are really going through a tough time financially and she is having the worst luck at Hospitable Homes. She has a manager who doesn't like her, Donna and a co worker, Tiffany who would steal a lollipop from a baby if it made her money. The only good thing at work is her best friend Jacques Forte. He is always there to help and listen. When Cindy goes to Mrs.Hunter's house to sign her as a client she finds that Tiffany has struck again! She has already signed Mrs.Hunter behind Cindy's back. This is the last straw for Cindy who leaves a not so nice voice message on Tiffany's cell phone. Little does Cindy know that this will come back to bite her in the butt. They set a meeting up on Tuesday night to talk about the listing. After super mom, I mean Cindy gets all of her errands run including dinner she goes to the office to confront Tiffany. She sees Tiffany's jag in the parking lot and goes in only to find Tiffany's office door ajar. When she walks in she sees Tiffany dead on the floor in a pool of blood. After seeing this Cindy proceeds to pass out. Of course to make everything worse Donna finds then and calls 911. Immediately she accuses Cindy of the murder. So not only has she found a dead body that brings back awful memories of a friend from long ago she has become the number one suspect in Tiffany's murder. She and her best friend Jacques team up to find the real killer since everyone in town thinks she is a murderer. This makes it really hard to try and sell homes but worse it makes her home life unsettled. She needs to get to the bottom of this before everything falls apart. Will they be able to find the killer or killers before they try and kill them??? This cozy has it all. It has mystery, murder, adventure, humor, intrigue, friendship, and family all rolled into one must read book. I can't wait to read the next adventure.
Killer Transaction, a Cindy York mystery could have been excellent. Instead it was flat. I felt no connection to the characters, and the lead character of busy, working mum-of-three Cindy York annoyed the life out of me. She was a rug. Every single character except her husband walked all over here. The generic secondary characters of her boss and the evil but 'beautiful' colleague, the brat of a daughter, the god awful Mother-in-law. I've got to say, if you're expecting someone to read almost 20% of the story before the murder occurs you need to make it engaging and Killer Transaction failed on this account too.
There were way too many pages of an Open House that Cindy was running for the evil but beautiful coworker and the people who came to view the house; yep horrible. All of them. Three families of awful characters, two of which threaten to sue her before the Open House is finished and the other stole half the sandwiches.
I'll be honest, I have a lot of trouble reading stories centring on characters who have no backbone and let everyone take advantage of them. Given this was a cozy mystery (and the amount of reviews overflowing with how wonderful the story was), I was looking forward to a few laughs, a murder or two and over all a bit of fun. When I found myself disappointed that Cindy wasn't the victim I knew the rest of the story was going to be a struggle.
I usually don't write reviews for books I can't finish, but this book had such a good concept that was let down by miserable character development. When I say character development I mean, there was none.
To give it a positive the sentences are constructed well and the editing and grammar were on point, but even that could make up for a paint-by-numbers story with generic insert-villain-number-2 here characters.
Killer Transactions is a delightful whodunit that got my attention on the first page and held it until the end. It is a well-written cozy mystery and, as such, contains no graphic violence or adult situations. Catherine Bruns has created an intriguing storyline and realistic, well-developed characters. While some of the characters are not likeable, all of them are believable. This book is well thought out and written with just the right combination of mystery, family life, and humor. I’m looking forward to reading more books written by Ms. Bruns. I found this book to be an easy read that had me laughing while still being caught up in the mystery. I highly recommend it to all cozy mystery lovers.
Cindy York, the main character, is married to Greg and has three children. She is trying to supplement their family income as a real estate agent. Tiffany Roberts (Cindy’s co-worker) is constantly taking advantage of Cindy. Tiffany is the type of agent who gives the business a bad reputation. She deceives sellers who are signing contracts and buyers into believing houses are “solid.” Tiffany also manipulates listings to cheat Cindy and other co-workers out of commissions. Cindy just can’t take it anymore and gives Tiffany an “or else” ultimatum. Tiffany suffers an untimely death and, as luck would have it, Cindy discovers the body. Almost everyone (including her mother-in-law and children’s classmates) believe Cindy is guilty of murdering Tiffany. Jacques Forte (Cindy’s gay co-worker and best friend) helps her unravel the mystery and clear Cindy’s name.
I received a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.
Real estate agent Cindy York has the job from hell. She’s consistently cheated by rival Realtor Tiffany Roberts. Tiffany steals her listings and woos her clients while their boss looks the other way. Being cheated one time too many, Cindy leaves a nasty message on Tiffany’s voice mail. This comes back to haunt her when she discovers the woman’s dead body. The police focus on Cindy as the main suspect. With her job in jeopardy and being a hairsbreadth away from serving jail time, can Cindy find the culprit and clear her name?
I am a big fan of Catherine Bruns who skillfully wields “Karma,” and in “Killer Transaction,” the first book in her Cindy York Mystery series, she has given karma a lot from which to choose. Cindy York is a real estate agent who just wants to provide the best service to clients wishing to sell their home and make a fair living for herself and her children. However, a demanding boss who owes her coffee and lunch money and a “scruples free” colleague costing Cindy commission on a big sale is her biggest obstacle. But she'll regret standing up for herself with a message ending with “Unless you want to die soon,” when she finds the dead body. Ok, Karma, thank you!
The mystery was clever with enough twists and turns, motives and opportunities to challenge my inner amateur detective, and the well-written narrative kept me engaged. However, it's the insights into Cindy and her family in which I have invested my interest. Catherine provides rich characters to solicit varying emotions and satisfaction…some profess innocence too loudly, others deserve a “karmic bite,” teenage angst sounds familiar, sibling antics need a time out, a husband’s support enduring, and lots of buyers and sellers to round out the fun. When the first in the series has you eager for more…you know it's good!
I am a multi-tasker extraordinaire and a big audiobook fan, so I was eager to listen to the new release of Catherine Bruns’s Cindy York Mysteries, “Killer Transactions.” Amy Deuchler, narrator extraordinaire, is a very talented voice artist enriching Bruns’s work and my experience. She isn't challenged by accents, but she did very well performing the different American dialects and speech patterns to highlight the various female characters. She really nailed the annoyances of Tiffany and is that a Jersey Donna? As for the challenge to mimic male voices, kudos, she made a valiant effort. I love Jacques! Amy Deuchler is a great job, and this is a great way to enjoy Catherine Bruns’s entertaining work!
The pressure is on. Cindy York needs this real estate transaction's commission, but her slimy colleague stole her client. An ill-considered voicemail lands her in hot water when the woman winds up dead and Cindy is the first person on the scene. With accusations of murder being hurled at her, Cindy needs to clear her name before she winds up in jail.
This is the first cosy in a long time in which I genuinely felt heartbroken for the main character. Cindy York is an average person living a normal life who is flung into one horrible situation after another. Still, she maintained her dignity (for the most part) and didn't stoop to the underhanded tactics of the people causing her grief. I admired that.
Though the story took place in upstate New York, there wasn't much in the way of landmarks that differentiated the setting from Anytown, USA. The weather seemed to be the prime focus and it would have been nice to hear more of a physical description of the countryside.
I went back and forth on my suspect choice - a sign that the mystery was a great puzzle. When the dust cleared, the solution felt plausible. I was so engaged with this story that I went ahead and read the "Next Time On..." which is something I usually avoid.
This cosy is recommended for those who love the genre. It's a well-constructed mystery with an honest approach to relationships.
Killer Transaction is cozy mystery trying to be more, or rather lacking some of the elements that a cozy usually plays up. Instead of a plethora of quirky character, townsfolk, and animals, there are some truly deplorable characters who take way too long to grown in you.
I spent the first half of this book thinking Cindy York may just be a reprehensible person because of the whole “common denominator” concept - if EVERYONE dislikes you, maybe it is YOU. But as with many series, I think the author is laying groundwork and trying to make Cindy’s possible guilty-ness allow her reasonable insertion into the case.
My complaint is that for about 2/3 of this read the characters just weren’t likable. Additionally, O didn’t understand Cindy’s choices from the moment she discovered the murdered body. As time went on I was able to construct some reasoning, but for a long while I was just angry with her and the excess of stupidity. Also I think the mother-in-law interactions crossed a line and there are no excuses in which a husband should ever let his mother act in such a manner to his wife and mother of his children. Greg, husband, was also a character that rubbed me wrong a bit for a good portion of the book.
By the end I was sucked in and even open to reading more but that was due mainly to one character.
I round to 4 stars, but hope that as the series progresses, we see more in the townspeople that brings the small town feel a cozy often has. They just need a little softness or else…. Cindy needs to move ASAP.
This was a better than expected read though Cindy irritated me to no end for a while with that lack of backbone. Glad she finally stood up for herself with everyone, including her family b
I loved this book & highly recommend you read this book. Especially if you like cozy mysteries. I will for sure read any book she puts out. This a great series.
This is a fun and light cozy mystery that begins a new series, Cindy York Mysteries. In it, Cindy finds a co-worker's body shortly after she was murdered. Almost before she knows it, Cindy is being accosted by strangers and accused of being a murderer. Bit by bit, things continue to get worse until she decides the only way to get out of trouble is to find the real murderer.
I enjoyed this book and, had partial stars been an option, would have given it 4.5 stars. It started a bit slowly for me, but then picked up and kept me engaged. If you are looking for a fun cozy mystery, you have found it in this book.
Killer Transactions is a great first book of the new Cindy York Mysteries.
This book grabs your attention at the beginning and holds you through the very end. Cindy York is juggling a normal life as a wife, mom and as a real estate agent and as if that isn't enough she finds herself in the middle of a murder mystery and as a prime suspect. You will be kept guessing until the end.
Catherine Bruns brings this well written story to life. The characters are well developed, realistic and believable. You will find yourself loving Cindy.
Killer Transactions will have you ready to find out what is next in the life of Cindy York. A must read!!
Happily married and sadly broke, Cindy York is a real estate agent. When her boss asks her to show some homes to her husband, Cindy thinks there is something odd going on but the need for a sale outweighs her concerns. Next thing you know Cindy discovers a dead body and is being accused of murder. This story slowly pulls you in until it is nearly impossible to put it down because you need to know how it is going to end. I will be watching for the next Cindy York mystery.
I was given an ARC by the publisher and WOW, what an excellent mystery!!! Absolutely loved every page of this story & sometimes laughed out loud at the antics/banter of the characters. This author is definitely gifted and does such a great job blending this tale that I just could not put it down. 100% recommend to anyone who loves a mystery that can hold your attention without having to be a serial killer story. :)
As someone who loves a good mystery, I was absolutely sold on Catherine Bruns’ “Killer Transaction,” the first book in the Cindy York Mysteries series. The plot was as enticing as a prime piece of real estate, full of unexpected twists and turns that kept me on the edge of my seat. Cindy York, the main character and a struggling real estate agent, is relatable in her pursuit of success in a cutthroat industry. Her life takes a dramatic plot twist when she finds herself embroiled in a murder investigation after discovering the body of her deceitful co-worker. The storyline develops like a well-structured property, building excitement and suspense as Cindy negotiates her way through suspects and clues, all while trying to clear her name. The characters in “Killer Transaction” are as dynamic and colorful as the houses Cindy shows. Cindy herself is a cleverly crafted three-dimensional character with flaws and quirks that make her feel real and relatable. Her journey is complemented by a cast of eccentric suspects and complex relationships that add layers of intrigue to the story. I particularly enjoyed the tension between Cindy and her family, which felt reminiscent of some of my own family dramas. The engaging dialogue between characters added depth to the narrative, making each interaction feel authentic and compelling. Cindy’s best friend, Jacques, adds a delightful humor that is seamlessly woven into the storyline, providing moments of levity amidst the tension. The setting of the book is described with vivid imagery that paints a clear picture in the mind’s eye. From the quaint office to the homes Cindy showcases, each location feels authentic and immersive, almost like another character in the story. The author’s attention to detail in setting the scene enriches the reading experience, making it easy for me to feel like I am right there alongside Cindy as she navigates her world. The storyline is expertly paced, with just the right amount of red herrings to keep readers guessing. The plot twists are executed brilliantly, and just when I thought I had everything figured out, Catherine Bruns managed to pull the rug out from under me, delivering a killer of an ending that was both satisfying and shocking. The resolution tied up loose ends neatly, leaving me eager to dive into the next installment of the series - “Priced to Kill.” Overall, “Killer Transaction” is a delightful read that truly hits the market with its blend of mystery, humor, and suspense, packaged in an unputdownable listing. It’s a must-read for anyone who’s in the market for a mystery with well-developed characters, an engaging plot, and a setting that appraises high on intrigue. Catherine Bruns has constructed a compelling tale that will have readers eager to sign on the dotted line and follow Cindy York on her future open houses of adventure. Don’t miss out on this thrilling real estate ride—secure your copy and get ready to be entertained from curb appeal to closing.

Favorite No-Spoiler Quote: “The little girl appeared nonplussed. “You mean, if it’s a mansion, you’ll get a lot of money, but if it’s a dump, you don’t see much dough?” The room was getting warm. “Well, that’s one way of looking at it. But our main goal is to help people.” “Yeah, right.” A chubby, blonde girl in the back row scowled at me. “My daddy says you guys are nothing but crooks.” I was startled by the sarcasm coming from an eight-year-old’s mouth and forced a sweet smile in her direction. “What does your daddy do for a living, dear?” “He sells cars.” Mrs. White stared at me as if daring me to respond.”
I received this book for free. I voluntarily left this review and all opinions expressed herein are my own.
This is the first book in the Cindy York series. Cindy is a realtor who has been married for 18 years and has three children. She works to make extra income for her family. She works at a realty where the most successful realtor, Tiffany, steals her deal. Cindy has had enough and she needed that income so she calls Tiffany and leaves a nasty message. Sure enough, Cindy then finds Tiffany murdered at the realty office. Cindy is suspect number one on top of the fact that her MIL hates her, her twin boys get into a lot of mischief, and her poor husband is trying to keep Cindy and the family on an even keel. Ultimately, Cindy and her BFF Jacques decide to find the true killer to clear Cindy.
Cozy mysteries are all more or less the same -- what sets a cozy apart is the likeability of the main characters and the ability for that character to grow. I found this story to be fun with likeable characters in Cindy, Greg and Jacques. I was interested in Cindy and Greg's home life and their interactions with their kids and dog. I liked how Cindy was dealing with the community when she was accused of being a murderer. There were several humorous moments -- in particular, Cindy's job interview.
As I listened to this book -- the narrator, Amy Deuchler, did a very good job. She was the perfect voice for Cindy and set a great tone for this book. She used different voices for the various characters and it was easy to tell them apart. In this case, the narrator certainly added to the enjoyment of this book.
Catherine Bruns skillfully wields “Karma,” but in “Killer Transaction,” the first book in her Cindy York Mystery series, she has given karma a lot from which to choose. Cindy York is a real estate agent who just wants to provide the best service to clients wishing to sell their home and make a fair living for herself and her children. However, she has a demanding boss who owes her coffee and lunch money and a “scruples free” colleague costing Cindy commission on a big sale. But she'll regret standing up for herself with a message ending with “Unless you want to die soon,” when she finds the dead body. Ok, Karma, thanks!
I am a big fan of Catherine Bruns’ five-book Cookies & Chance mystery series and her two-books in Gemma Halliday’s Publishing Aloha Lagoon Mysteries, and the Cindy York Mystery didn't disappoint fully satisfying my appetite for all things “cozy.” The mystery was clever with enough twists and turns, motives and opportunities to challenge my inner amateur detective, and the well-written narrative kept me engaged.
( Format : Audiobook ) "Are you going to faint again? Meet Cindy York, mother of twin boys and a teenage daughter, married to Greg for 17 years and working hard as a realtor for Hospitable Homes. But her listings don't bring in much money, especially when a co-worker named Tiffany has a nifty way of stealing her clients. Disliked by everyone in the agency, no one sheds tears for the attractive but dirty tricks woman when she ends up dead. Except Cindy is the one who found her body and she becomes prime suspect. Filled with the interwoven problems of Cindy's domestic situation and her attempts with the help of friend Jacques, the golden boy from Hospitable Homes, to find out who killed Tiffany, this is a fun and easy to read cozy mystery. The characters are good and brought even more to life by the individual voicing of each one by narrator, Any Deuchler. Her reading of the text is well intoned and natural, closely following the story with full understanding and gentle emotion. She definitely enhances the overall enjoyment of the book.
My thanks to the rights holder of Killer Transaction, who, at my request, freely gifted me a complimentary copy, via Audiobook Boom. Sometimes touching and written with good humour, the mystery of who killed Tiffany is not that hard to suspect given the clues scattered through the book but is still a good story. An enjoyable, non taxing, lighthearted read.
I don't know why I didn't start this series sooner because it's been on my TBR since my day 1 of Goodreads, but I'm sure glad I started it now. I really loved these key characters of Cindy, her husband Greg and Cindy's bestie and work buddy, Jacques. Jacques was hands-down my favorite character. What a great guy and a sweet, loyal friend as well. Not to mention the important part he played at one point in the book.
I enjoyed that Cindy was a well-adjusted (as much as she could be for working for a woman who couldn't stand her) wife and mom of some very normal kids. The twins were both annoying and endearing at times, and I could feel Darcy's pain since I had two younger brothers myself. Wouldn't trade the world for them once they grew up though, so I'm sure Miss Darcy is gonna be feeling that same way in maybe ten years or less.
Someone was determined to make Cindy take the rap for a coworker's murder. She and Jacques were great sleuthing together. That showdown was something else too! It was nerve-wracking, exciting and tense, but I loved the outcome! The book was so good I just had to grab the next one on KU as well!
Great series and great author. Everyone has a bad day from time to time, but Cindy is having a bad day that should be used as the example of bad days. Cindy is a real estate agent and just finished an open house as a favor to her co-worker, Tiffany. Tiffany asks to meet later at the office to go over the client list. Upon arriving at the office, Cindy finds Tiffany dead on the floor of her office with multiple bullets in her. Cindy has a slight problem with stress - she tends to faint. Upon awakening with a goose egg of a bump on her head, she discovers that she is the prime suspect. She soon becomes the town pariah. Along with this comes a 15 year old with a chip on her shoulder, twin boys who set the house on fire, a mother-in-law from Hell, a puppy who refuses to be trained, the boss's new husband who won't keep his hands to himself, a missing Ming Dynasty vase and the stress of making her monthly goal at work. Thank goodness for her loving husband Greg and her best friend and co-worker Jacques. They tend to keep her sane and come to her rescue.
A Cindy York Mystery and first book in the series as well as a wonderful read.
Cindy York is a realtor working for Hospitable Homes, she is married, has a teen daughter, and 8 year old twin sons. Really needing the money, Cindy is struggling at her job because her co-worker Tiffany Roberts, has been stealing her listings/clients. Fed up, Cindy left a threatening message on Tiffany's phone wanting to meet with her to talk about her stolen listing unless she wants to die young.
Tiffany scheduled a meeting with Cindy only for her to walk into the meeting finding Tiffany dead. Donna, Cindy's boss accused her of killing Tiffany as well as most of the town she lived in. Her best friend and co-worker Jacques, knows she is not guilty as Cindy wasn't the only one that Tiffany has stolen clients from which made Tiffany.
Jacques and Cindy partnered to solve the mystery of who killed Tiffany so Cindy can get her life back.
This is a wonderful cozy mystery and I am excited to read more Catherine Bruns books.
