Povestile personajelor "exceptionale" sunt simpatice, cu siguranta mai usor de retinut ideile despre cum ofera ei servicii de exceptie propriilor clienti. E o lectura usurica la care se adauga exercitii pentru fiecare capitol. Din pacate, pentru cineva care a mai citit si alte lucrari din domeniu si a mai lucrat cu astfel de exercitii, informatia e foarte "basic", doar cateva idei de bun simt.

It was interesting but not revelating,a necessity in my opinion in this kind of books. The positive was that it was simple written and at least didn't had to try to read it. I found a couple of ideas usefull but in general it was repeating
