Another one of my childhood books and while I remember liking this one as a kid, rereading it as an adult wasn't that fun for me. Both these girls are spoiled brats who are the special most special girls ever. Like am I supposed to care that the Princess ? Granted, as a kid I loved the royal family and now I'm an abolitionist. Normally I don't really care when it's fictional monarchies in books but considering this was written by Fergie who at the time was a Duchess.

Also I know this was written in the 90s but it was pretty fatphobic towards one character. Like how many times can she be called round? Ew.

Anyways Katy Wix is the best Fergie and I'll probably be donating this.
