This feels weird to rate somehow?? I’m making my way through all the morality plays as PhD research and while the underlying message is obvious (instruct us to abstain from “sinful behavior” etc) I thought it was really fascinating as well. I will have to reread it a few times to fully grasp everything because it’s notoriously hard to understand at times (why is the language so complicated, the edition I had was not even Middle English???).
