algunas ideas interesantes sobre los roles de género en idiomas donde no existe el género gramatical y sobre el papel social "secundario" de la mujer en contraposición con el papel social de la traductora al servicio del original. me ha gustado sobre todo el capítulo sobre la traducción de la biblia y el peligro de olvidar las connotaciones perjudiciales del texto por haberlo manipulado para ser más feminista!!

Le livre contient de nombreuses réflexions traductologiques très intéressantes. J'ai beaucoup aimé la préface et la postface de la traductrice. J'ai aussi particulièrement les deux premiers chapitres, ainsi que certaines réflexions autour des traductions féministes de la Bible.

Toutefois je dois aussi reconnaître que c'était une lecture vraiment très dense et donc difficilement accessible par moment, ce qui peut rebuter pas mal de monde.

Good survey of issues regarding identity and translation, with gender at the fore. A ground-clearing work that's more history than manifesto, more overview than criticism. Clearly written, though at times feels perfunctory.

Good summary and examples on feminist translation. Just an overview to get a general idea, so don't look for specific or further research. I enjoyed it, though.
