Recipes are simple, instructions are clear, and with only a few of the recipes calling for "cream of whatever", which to me is a win-win considering that it unfortunately seems to be a staple ingredient for many a "easy, simple, and (god-forbid) healthy" recipes. An added plus, that I wasn't expecting, was that one can make these recipes on the BBQ, on the coals of a campfire, or in an oven - nice to know.

Me and my Hubby went on a camping trip and so I was able to try some of the wonderful recipes!
Breakfast we tried the Egg Sandwich (pg4). We used english muffins, with egg, cheese, bacon, and two slices of ham. It was delicious!

We also did a variation of the Veggie Packets (pg 86) for a side-dish to our dinner. I used onion, cremini mushrooms, bell pepper, carrots, and potatoes. For the seasoning I added dried thyme and oregano. It was great! (Sorry no photo).
