I read this because I love the movie.

I was left wondering what the point of this was.

Some of the characters look nothing like they do in the movie. Ditto some of the backgrounds/sets.

Some of the best moments in the film were distilled to a mere 2 squares in the comic and lost all impact.

But finally, they took a film that I enjoyed, have watched several times, and squashed it into something that lost all of its charisma, fun and entertainment.

So my take away was just: don't bother. Just watch the film.
