I do love Michael Beckwith, but I find that I love him more in person than I do in writing. It's difficult for me to stick with him over time. The book however has some very poignant statements that set the proper tone for meditation.

A powerful book that gives a great opportunity for the reader to consider where they are in many aspects of their life and gives guidance for the journey. The daily affirmations are powerful and the daily insights are inspiring!

Bought it at Revelations 2000 and it was so important during a major change in my life -- moving from Hawai'i to Vancouver, BC. I wrote notes in the margins as I read it each day.

Inspiring and Motivating

Michael Beckwith's writings are clear and powerful. The quotes he used are complementary. The affirmations are penetrating.
I recommend this book to anyone because it focuses on our true nature. This applies to everyone.
I read it daily with a group of 30 people who were all moved by this body of work.

40 days' worth: affirmations, meditations, seeds of contemplation that have helped me ask hard questions about myself and led me gently and continually in beneficial directions. Beckwith's musical words are perceptive and evocative. The book is easy to use, memorable and beneficial.

It was an easy read. Several of the 40 days were repetitions of earlier observations.
Especially valuable to those who have not read the masters of self help.
