How to Create a Vision Journal

Rate this book
A Vision Journal is a method for creating visual representations of those things in life that you really, really, really want AND doing the thought work behind the visual goals. When we create Vision Journals, we not only allow our minds to ‘see’ what we want, but we allow our minds to explore questions to uncover important answers behind the goals. In my experience, it isn’t enough to just put a picture on a board and wish it into existence. We also have to understand why we want what we want, how we are or not aligned to what we want AND why what we want may want us! The Vision Journaling processes is an exercise in personal curiosity and knowledge. Doing this work allows us to get to the root of what we are trying to accomplish in all facets of our lives. This guide is a step-by-step process for creating your own Vision Journal. It's a great exercise to do on your own, with a partner or as part of a team exercise!
