Love Heather's plan!

This plan sets you up for success. It is about making the best choice not being perfect. The plan is easy to follow and you see results. I have done Weight Watchers and every other diet. This is the first diet that I'm seeing consistent results. I feel like this is something I can do for life!

I am not on the road quite as much as some of the folks that the author works with (I don't, for example, need to know where to find healthy snacks in the Shanghai airport). But there are some helpful tips for those of us who do a lot of conference-style meetings, even if they aren't in glamorous places.

Overall, though, I've never been the kind of person who can keep a mental list of the 'good' carbs, and 'bad' carbs, and her diet is very focused on those kinds of things.
