Meet the Pixie Sisters — Gwen, Bella, and Tori. They can do anything that they can imagine and they have very big imaginations. Come with them as they take you through a baby tree nursery, fly with humpback whales across the sky, and help a flock of penguins get dressed for a formal dinner. And we're just getting started. As they say on the opening We’re the Pixie Sisters, Bella, Gwen, and Tori. We help to make the seasons change, But we have a bigger story. We have so much to show you. We’re so glad that we’ve met. Now, turn the page and start to read. Here’s our alphabet. The book is told in rhyme, which increases word recognition and word retention. The illustrations are beautiful 3D renders, using the same technology as Disney's "Frozen" and Pixar's "Toy Story". The book is geared to early readers, but the poems and the artwork will appeal to readers of any level.
This was an okay ABC book, but I found it a little odd how in some picture the pixies were tiny (in a tank with cameleons, or sitting on a dog's nose), whilst in other pictures they were as tall as a baby elephant, as tall as a zebra, or big enough to ride in a sleigh. Any how come 'P' isn't for 'Pixies'? 6 out of 10
