About the author

Erica J. Harvey, also known under her pen name, Erica J. Maxwell, is a 38 year old single mom and 15-year resident of Las Vegas, Nevada. She is the Director of Operations for a chain of bars located throughout the Las Vegas Valley. She is also an online fitness coach who specializes in helping women all across the country fit exercise and clean eating into their busy lifestyle. She was formerly a facilitator with the Child Assault Prevention Project based out of the Rape Crisis Center of Las Vegas. She founded Rockstar Publications, LLC, her own publishing company, in 2015.

Her unique, in-your-face style of motivation and inspiration is a refreshing change of pace. She is known for her "no fear" attitude and strength. Having grown up in Atlanta, Georgia, from a broken home that led her down a very turbulent path in her teens, she learned very quickly how to overcome adversity and hardship. Her mission is to empower other women and teach them how to embrace their womanhood, and in her own words, "Grab life by the balls!"
