Ninja: The Ultimate Guide To The Secret History Of The Ninja

Rate this book
Ninjutsu is the most renowned and misunderstood of all traditional martial arts. The long history of ninjutsu is often murky; surrounded by mystery and secrecy. Here, for the first time, is a factual look at the entire art of ninjutsu, including emergence of the ninja warriors and philosophy in feudal Japan. This ninja book includes studies of ninjutsu history, philosophy, wisdom, and presents a wide range of information from authors, historians, chronicles and scrolls in order to foster a deep understanding of this "shadowy" art. For those who train in ninjutsu, for other martial art practitioners, for historians, and for anyone with an interest in Japanese feudal history or Japanese martial arts, The Ultimate Guide To The Secret History Of The Ninja shines a light on this subject. Intriguing book

This was rated four stars because it's an intriguing book that offers a really interesting perspective of the ninja . I would have liked to have seen some additional information on the ninja philosophy . But there are good recommendations for reading. Also just a couple typos.

Short book but informative

This book is a nice read for a historian, it's informative but lack the details about techniques and difference between ninjas. This is due to the fact it comes in about 35 pages only.
If you are seeking only the general information about ninja and their origin history then you probably will enjoy this book.
