Meh. "Caught" is one of Lorie O'Clare's earlier stories and it shows. The plot is more simplistic and isn't as tight as her later ones and the characters aren't as well developed.

Roxanne is Jordan's top assistant accountant and works side-by-side with her gorgeous boss. Jordan is well aware of what a treasure she is, and now that she's no longer involved in a relationship, he decides the timing is perfect to bring her under his control...everywhere. But the timing may not be as fortuitous as he believes since someone seems to be milking money from some of his firms biggest accounts...and they're doing so under Roxanne's name!

Not the worst I've read by a long shot, but certainly not as good as some of O'Clare's later works.

This book is really good, just enough hot sex and storyline, so you don’t get bored of either one. This is one mystery where I could say, “it’s a sexy ride trying to figure out who did the crime” the whole way.

Jordan is 40 year’s old sexy and rich, he owns one of the top investments firms in the country, he is handsome every woman’s dream, but he has only one woman in mind that he wants to make his. You see Jordan wants a D/s relationship and he wants Roxanne his to surrender to him, But he has a lot to take care of before she even thinks about it, it’s a adventure of hot sex, traders, kidnapping, new friends and jail time for some along the way. Now, I just have to get the next book……

As always, O'Clare writes in a clear, forthright fashion with heroes and heroines that are just a little out of sync with real life. Jordan Hall is one of those men who has set his sites on success in a big way, and handling the millions of dollars for his clients poses a great responsibility that he takes very seriously. His assistant has been with him for two years, has great personal integrity and feels the responsiblity to make the firm a success almost as much as Jordan. However, when it is discovered that money is disappearing from accounts--big amounts of money--the "spit hits the fan" and even though these two have become involved sexually, there is still suspicion and the wounds which come when one's honesty is questioned. A very good read and an extremely well-written book. Written several years ago, it still has a very contemporary message in today's Wall Street debacle and the challenges we face with our economy. Contrary to what the movies may claim, greed is never good!!

Interesting book, the plot was good and did keep me interested in the book. None of the characters were very well developed so I never felt a connection to them. Don't think I'll be reading this author again any time soon.
