Rose' can't deny her attraction to Remy. At the same time, she's running scared from Ace. Remy is right there to protect her and Heaven. Remy is giving Rose' a life she never thought possible. The death of Remy's father sends him to Mexico and pushes him right into his father's position as Head of the Mexican Drug Cartel. Rose' is thrusted into a family full of deceit and treachery. She has to adjust to being the wife of a King Pin. At the same time fighting his mother who despises her and ex's that won't let go. Remy and Rose' are living a Hood Fairytale, but will they get their happy ending.

Garbage! No way 5 stars for this!
Really? This came out of Shan’s camp? I’m really starting to believe these known authors are putting out these crappy books to boost their sales. There’s no way in hell Shan could have the Rozalyn series and not know this is a bunch of garbage. What in the heck did I just read? This was fast paced and not really in a good way. The story jumped so much from one thing to another that it was just frustrating to read along with. I mean by the end of chapter 2 we find out just how stupid Rose is, she’s being beat and used by her secret boyfriend, sent and out of jail for a five year sentence and yeah, she had a baby by him while locked up.
This is by the end of chapter 2, she’s actually out of jail and now falling for a guy she’d just met at her release party, did I mention she ran down her whole life to him (Remy) just because he asked her a question? So of course he demands she works at the strip club for him and this is all by the end of chapter 2. It just gets worse from there, she’s working see’s the ex takes off crying, the ex pops up and forces her to leave with him and their baby. Then he’s sodomizing her to only take the baby with him leaving her a bloody mess.
Yeah, she runs to Remy who takes her back to his house where she doesn’t want to go to the doctor, instead she wants him to check her a**hole to see why she’s bleeding so bad. Yeah, she barely knows him and of course he’d be able to tell what’s wrong with her a**hole and you guessed it, he kissed each cheek and she was all better.
Couple chapters later the two are at his home, his mother is a complete ass and sends her packing for him to fly right back to get her. Forget the fact that the ex has kidnapped and raped her, Remy demands she return with him for two weeks without her daughter. To hell with the last four/five years she’s been without her daughter and the fact that the ex already kidnapped her. He’s getting his future wife and taking her back with him. WTF? We don’t see any relationship with the two, stuff is just happening with no rhyme or reason to it and this is all within the first ten chapters.
Not even 30% of the book and I’ve just about had it with the nonsense. To sum this up...a mess, the author was having waaay too hard a time trying to tell the story and have it make sense and flow from one issue to the other. It came out as a jumbled, jerky mess; like a new driver trying to get use to the car while talking like they know how to drive. Again, I can’t believe this came out of Shan’s camp or the five star reviews it’s received.
The only way you gave this more than two stars was because of only a couple reasons, you know the author, you attended a non-accredited public school or you just haven’t read a book in your adult life. Go read S.W. Frank, Alfonso series, Wahidia Clark, Thug series, Taz Will, STL314 series, Roxie Riveria, Her Russian Protector series, Latrivia Nelson, Meldov series anything because this is a hot mess and Shan has to only be putting this out to make her book sales go up.

Ok first off .... lady P ... Baaaby when i say need book 2 like IMMEDIATELY i REALLY mean it ... U did the DAMN thing with this book!! I was pissed when it ended!! But the ending... Omg is all i can say please they gotta get Ava and the baby has to b ok!! Whew... All and all #TeamRemy&Rose! YEESSS!!

This Book Is Off The Chain From Start To Finish
OMG, this book was so darn GOOD. All the things that Remy had to go through after doing four years in jail behind Ace no good ass. Then meeting Remy and finally finding happiness. The shit that Ace put her through was ridiculous. Every time that you started to think that her happy ever after was coming some mess would jump off. Cannot wait for Part 2 to come out. I read this book in a day it is just that GOOD.

I'm speechless!!
The things that went on in this book got me feelings some type of way. I hate ace and ava and remys mother. My favorite person was madear cause she didn't bit her tongue for nobody. I hope ace and ava get what's coming to them cause they both did some foul stuff. I'm ready for part two like NOW!!

This was a good book...even tho I felt like it was also a little rushed...I do look forward to reading book 2...because the ending will have u mad and wanting to know what happens...I really hope it's not that brutal is all I can say smh

Wow I'm speechless
I was trying to read the whole thug series but when I got to book 8 I was lost. So I had to put that aside and come back and read Remy and Rose. All of these books are good. Just make sure you read everything in order so you wont be lost. I can honestly say that for there to be so many parts to the thug series that they are all good. They haven't made me lose interest yet.

I really enjoyed this book...I love how Remy is in love with his wife and how he protect her at all cost...but the end of this book ....babyyyy it was everything...I wasn't expecting that...Great job Mz. Lady P
