ALPHA BEAR-{GLOWSTONE GUARDIANS-Book 1}-AN ENTHRALLING SUSPENSEFUL ROMANTIC STORY. I so love standalone series. It is exciting getting to know the personalities of the characters and their back stories. The characters are powerful, sultry, their personas unique, and full of unexpected surprises.
This story focuses on; Alex, a strapping, heart-stirring handsome bear-shifter and Alpha to the Glowstone Guardians; Susan, a curvaceous, bold, intelligent human beauty, and research assistant.
What you'll find in this story; a remarkably cast of impressive and engaging characters, fantastic story-line, picturesque and dynamic vivid scene descriptions, phenomenal banter, gripping suspense, pent-up rage, action packed, gut-wrenching moments, camaraderie, earth-shattering toe-curling sensual romance, and a magnificent conclusion leaving you content and wanting more.
Alex and his clan are protectors of the Glowstone Park. Poachers have been killing the elk that roam the forest free. Susan, a GIS tech has been sent by her boss Dr. Handley to track the elk, as his research is in danger due to their deaths. When Alex learns Susan is his fated mate, convincing her presents a challenge. Horrific danger lurks in the shadows of the park and it is after the shifters, and anything else that stands in the way.
WOW/SPECTACULAR-fast paced well written creative read by a truly gifted author. The characters come alive with fantastic dialogue, thrilling action, and breathtaking scene descriptions that keeps you hooked from start to finish. The romance sizzles to a slow passionate burn, and Alex’s devotion to Susan shines like a beacon. Susan’s lion-hearted persona make her a most valiant heroine. You can’t help but love and cheer for the awesome characters in this story. This was a most exhilarating read and I loved it. I look forward to reading the next book in this exciting series. If you treasure shifter romance this is certainly a terrific book for your library. In the world of shifter romance the possibilities are endless and always fascinating. Without reservations I recommend this book.

Very enjoyable story
I was enchanted by Alex and Susan's story. The plot was well developed and thoroughly hashed out, and the characters shown out from the pages of the book. I look forward to reading the next book in the series!

Great novella!
Loved this story! Only problem I had was wishing it was longer. Looking forward to reading about the other crew members.
