Every Employee’s Guide to the Law is a well balanced guide to the law. The author gives a fair amount of detail into employee rights’ laws and what it takes to win a case. The author recommendation for the book is to treat it like a reference guide and read only the sections that apply to your interests. I would recommend this book to anyone just so you can be aware of the protections you have. I especially recommend this book to any employers, I am sure that any employer would improve some practices if they were truly aware of all of their liabilities.
