Only used occasionally

I wasn't able to read this daily as intended. I did enjoy what I read of it. Poetry is not my forte, so I skipped over those.

I just started reading this companion book of mercy. Its the first book I read this year as it remains placed in our churches chapel for use during adoration. I loved reading this, I read all the dates I missed and I became so convinced of the mercy of God that it moved me to tears. This book is mixed with reflection, poetry, etc all directed at God's mercy. Its 7 bucks and a great gift for this 'Year of Mercy.' Its simple and I remember this statement so well, 'even the stiff winds of God's winter are kindness to us.' Lovely book.

This was a great companion piece to read through during the Year of Mercy. I enjoyed reading something new each day, especially when it aligned with the day's Gospel reading. 4 stars because some of the poetry made absolutely no sense.
