Cathartic Resolutions

Sometimes, all that we ever wanted was a reason to change and even then an outlet for that change to make sure that we are ready for it. That's why we go for the best and say, do it in the New Year. Surely everyone will do the same thing. It's a trendy little fashion statement they all say they are wearing but really, are we that too trendy? Even in the slightest provocation all is at the seams waiting to be just torn into pieces. After all, we are looking into something new not old, right? That's one way of looking at things and should we ever find ourselves broken up about it we'll just change again. Then again, the more things change, the more things remain the same and in that aspect should we ever come finding that these changes were a way of being facetitious of our nature then what good was change in the first place?
