In the year 2306, the Solar System is in turmoil. The cities, once fabulous in their design, luxury and allure, have fallen to tragic urban decay. Fierce gangs rule the streets. To combat this ruinous state, the newly elected government has granted great authority to the policing agencies. But at an equally great price. When Simon Borealis, a 17-year-old Telepath is recruited by an unknown entity, he finds himself embroiled in the politics, technology, and extreme measures enacted by this newly installed regime. His missions are filled with intrigue, and fraught with constant danger as he discovers that the remedy for the system's decline is infinitely worse than the disease.
