Saw this trending in my feed, googled it and saw it’s a fairly popular collection of poems by some guy on 4chan’s /lit/. Sorry to be edgy, but I rate this as talentless-special-snowflake-edgy-high-schooler-tier written by a person with absolutely no appreciation for the craft of writing poetry. Like, “I just read Bukowski and maybe ee cummings and now I’ll do some shit too.” I can’t believe they spent “months” on this. But depending on their age, I do believe this person is capable of writing decent poetry once they figure out what exactly that is and how incredibly fucking hard it is to do. This is an okay start for a high schooler or college freshman, but they better get going and get serious.
