If you have not read Crash Into Me please be warned that there may be some spoilers in this review. Nina has no memory of her life for a period of 4 years before her accident. She doesn’t remember the death of her father, things she has done in that 4 year time, but most importantly she doesn’t remember the love and relationship she has with Tristan, or the reason behind her accident. Nina wants to believe that what she and Tristan have is real, but without her memories of their time together will she be able to fall in love with him again?
Tristan can have anything he wants. He has enough money and power to do just that. He knows that with Nina’s memory loss he has a second chance to make things right with her… that is if he can make her fall in love with him once more. He will stop at nothing to win her love and keep her safe from the dangers of their past, but can he get the one thing money and power can’t buy? Nina.
Fall Into Me picks up where Crash Into Me leaves off. Nina doesn’t remember Tristan, the accident that she was in has wiped her memories of the past 4 years. Nina has to believe that what Tristan has said about their relationship is true, she doesn’t remember the secrets that she found out that Tristan was hiding, she just knows that she has been told she was engaged to him and that they loved each other very much. I felt so bad for Nina and the insecurities that she had in regards to her relationship with Tristan. She also was reliving the death of her father because for her it just happened, not 4 years ago. She had so much going on but didn’t give up even when her bitch sister would be discouraging. Even when she had so much to deal with she still worried about Tristan when he was going through his own issues.
Tristan, oh my, he is still sexy as hell if not even sexier than before. He knew his second chance could end up the same way the first time did if he doesn’t come clean to Nina but he knows he could lose her if he does. He is so in love with her, he wants to keep her protected and tries to do whatever it takes to make her happy and to fall in love with him again. Then, of course he does another jackass thing and almost seals his own fate. I swear I wanted to beat him upside the head with a baseball bat, I was even doing practice swings in my head at times. Stupid ass man, really why in the hell did you have to do that you jackass! When the truth is revealed again, what he does absolutely crushed my heart.
I loved this book. I was waiting for Fall Into Me to come out that when I got my copy in my hands I made sure I read it asap. Now if you all read my review of Crash Into Me I stated that it was a cliffhanger but not one that would make you want to jump off a cliff. Well lets just say that Fall Into Me is a cliffhanger and I threw my kindle across the room, a load of swear words came out my mouth (now if you know me this is actually a regular occurance ) and could not believe that Ms. Scott left us again with an even bigger cliffhanger than before. I NEED THE NEXT BOOK NOW!!!! This series has worked its way into my heart and one that I tell everyone to read because I promise you will love it as much as I have. Make sure if for some reason you haven’t read Crash Into Me (and why the hell haven’t you hmmm?) to read it first so that you can understand the events that occur in this book.
Excellent follow up to the first book Crash Into Me! Fall Into Me starts off right where Crash Into Me left off. ***Possible Spoilers if you have not read Crash Into Me yet, don't read anymore****
The chemistry between Tristan and Nina is off the charts! It starts when Nina wakes up in the hospital after a serious car accident which has not only injured her, but stripped some memories from her life, including her life with Tristan. Obviously devastated by this news, Tristan makes it clear that he will not give up and is hoping that Nina will eventually remember him and their life together. Unfortunately, regaining her memory would also bring back the memory Tristan wishes she had never learned and caused the woman he loved to flee him and their home only to crash her car and loose those memories of the betrayal she felt after learning the secrets Tristan was keeping from her.
This story is a fresh start for Tristan and Nina. It's both Tristan's POV as well as Nina's, which is great because while we are reading about Nina being reintroduced to her old life with Tristan, we get an inside look into their feelings for one another. We are able to understand further more... the why's of Tristan's actions in book 1 Crash Into Me, that you may not have understood. All of his reasons for acting as he did. The possessiveness of Nina which now we see was actually protection. He needed to do whatever he could to get Nina under his roof so that he could keep an eye on her for as long as she remained in danger. Fall Into Me will have you falling in live with Tristan and his gorgeous hot self, pulling out the tissues and what they end up going through and praying that they will fight to get back what they once shared prior to the secret and the accident that tore them apart in book one. The Author K.M. Scott did an AMAZING JOB writing this installment of this series, it kept me on the end of my seat and eager to read more! This series is romance, suspense and mystery all in one! I loved it!! A highly recommended series by a terrific author! Counting down the days until we can finally find out EVERYTHING about Tristan and Nina's story, in the third and final book Give In To Me. Please! Put us readers all out of of misery here and write it quickly! ASAP!!! I'm dying to know how it ends! :)
What an incredible second book in this series! I loved every word written in this one.
The first book was good. I would definitely recommend it. However, it took some time for me to get totally invested in the story and the characters. The major cliffhanger was a great plot twist but I was still left with a lot of unanswered questions.
This second book answered all of those questions and took off with the story in an incredible way. I can't talk too much about it without giving anything away. I'll just say that this book was definitely one of the best I've read in a long time and I can't wait to see where the story ends up.
This is the second book in the series and you really NEED to read Crash Into Me because this book picks up right where that one left off. This story was equal parts mystery, suspense and sexiness that will have you devouring page after page and refusing to stop. The characters and storyline were captivating and mind-blowing......I can't wait for book three!!!
First let me start off by saying that you really should read all the books in this trilogy, and this is part 2, part 1 being Crash into Me. This book starts off right where book 1 ended.
After Tristan falls head over heels in love with Nina, in the first book, he is in a place in his life he has never existed in before, being hopelessly in love. Nina feels the same way about him, and their life seems to be heading in a good direction. However, Tristan has kept secrets from Nina, which are exposed at the end of book 1, and Nina is so devastated she takes off and winds up being in a very bad car crash, and almost dies. When she wakes up in the hospital, she remembers everyone with the exception of her true love Tristan. Tristan hopes that being in a familiar place will help her remember him and is determined to show her just how much they loved each other and still do. At the same time, he is terrified she will run once she does find out the truth. Will Tristan learn that no matter how bad things are that he has to let Nina in, and let her know everything she needs to know, or will he continue to hold back the truth from her?
Tristan brings Nina to his home, hoping things will stir her memory and how important they are to each other. At the same time only Tristan knows what is going on and that Nina is in extreme danger and this is basically what book 2 is about. The plot thickens, and things start getting dangerous for all of them. There are a lot of undercurrents in this book, and the path twists and turns and leaves you emotionally charged wondering what is going to happen next. Will Nina remember Tristan and how much he loves her and she loves him? Are they going to be able to rise above the danger that is pulsing around them? Will they get their happily ever after?
You will have to read these books to find out. I thoroughly have enjoyed reading these books and there is enough emotional and physical angst, excitement and danger, and the underlying current of love through the books that make it a great series so far!
I gave this book 5***** stars and look forward to the next book to see what is going to happen. See your review on the site Review your other purchases
Oh my, that Tristan Stone is one hot man, full of love for his Nina Edwards. He's rich, so rich that he can have and do anything he wants, but all that he wants is the love that only Nina Edwards can offer. The "A Heart Of Stone" series started with Crash Into Me. In this book Tristan meets Nina and hires her as his curator, and makes her move in with him under contract for six months. After only days, he falls hard for Nina almost immediately. She too falls in love with him, until the day she realizes he's been keeping important facts from her...she runs away and has a serious car accident causing her to lose the last four years of her life. Fall Into Me picks up right where the first books leaves off in the hospital. Five weeks later she is back in artisans home feeling completely unsure of herself despite all that her bestfriend, Jordan, tells her of her fairy tale love with Tristan. Tristan has to work hard to win back Nina's love because she can't remember. She didn't even remember her sorry ex-boyfriend breaking her heart. Will she fall back in love with Tristan even though he loves her with all of his being? Will she remember his betrayal? And if she does will she be able to forgive him and love him as deeply as she did before? You NEED to read this book, but when you do get comfortable and have a box of Kleenex handy.....I couldn't put this book down unless I had to do so.
This is one fantastic series and I am dying for the next one to release! It is packed full of steamy love scenes, mystery, and suspense! Nina and Tristian will heat up your kindle for sure. This is book two of the heart of stone series and it takes up right after book one ends. Tristian and Nina have a long road ahead. Nina is recovering from a car crash and she has lost 4 years of memories. Her head may not remember Tristian but her heart and body does. As they start over and she falls in love all over again they will face many challenges and life changing secrets. Tristian is head over heels in love and he will do anything to keep her safe. He is a lonely lost soul and is tormented by his past. He thought he would forever be alone until he meet her. He is not the man he used to be. He is not his father or his brother but he is paying for their sins. Nina makes him a better person but he has been keeping a secret that will change it all. Will she be able to forgive him. She doesn't remember the first time he told her the truth but will she run away again or fight for them and the life they have created. The ending was a WOW! I didn't see it coming at all and I wanted to kick his butt and hold him all at the same time! lol Keep your tissues ready you will need them! I really love this series and should be added to your Must Read list for sure! I received an ARC for a honest review. Reviewed by Kristin
When we left off in the first book Crash into Me, Nina the love of Tristian’s life was in a horrible car wreak after learning secrets Tristian had been hiding about her past and his. Suffering from amnesia and spending several weeks in the hospital Nina was finally ready to leave the hospital with Tristian but was Tristian ready for what may never be again before the accident and will Nina ever remember.
Nina had no memory of her life with Tristian so it’s up to him to make Nina remember him and the life they once shared. While fighting for Nina and the life they once shared Tristian is fighting his own demons. A father and brother with many horrible secrets that threaten to destroy Tristian, colleague’s that want Nina dead for what she may know . Will Nina be able to forgive Tristian for what his father did to her father? Nina slowly starts to remember her life and the lie’s that tore her and Tristian apart and tries to deal with them while Tristian’s life is slowly falling apart, all the while he is trying to keep her safe. How far will Nina go to get the one man she truly loves with all her heart? Nina wants Tristian back where he belongs with her and she will move hell to find him and bring him back home where he belongs.
I really feel like it was Crash Into Me all over again. There were enough new developments to keep me interested, but I felt like I had read most of it before. I will finish out the series when Give Into Me comes out, but I still feel like the writing quality needs to improve.
There were times when the writing just didn't seem right. For instance, Tristan's letter at the end seemed juvenile to me. It seemed like something someone much younger than him might write. If I were reading a young adult novel, it would have fit perfectly.
I really am enjoying this trilogy/series, having read books 1 and 2 for my first reads of 2014.
This book gives us a lot of background on Tristan Stone and what had made him the mad he is today. There is heartbreak, bitterness, betrayal, etc., but when he is happy Tristan, you feel happy, happy, happy for him the love of his life, Nina Edwards.
I can hardly wait for the final book to see if they go get their happily ever-after.
If you have not read this or book one, take a chance...
This is the second book about Tristan and Nina. Nina comes home with Tristan from the hospital not knowing the level of their relationship. They basically had to restart their acquaintance. It was nice to see them get to know each other again. Trust was tested and the level of their love for each other was pushed as the truth is revealed. I love these characters and the storyline was great. The sex was good. I am ready for them to reconcile in the next book. This was good read.

I was so excited to get POV from Tristan. The whole 1st book I was DYING to know wtf was up with his stupid multiple personalities and what he was thinking!
Book 2 does recap some things from book 1 in his POV, so some of the things I was questioning DID finally get answered.
So they get a new start and Tristan still held back from Nina. He kept things from her again. He didn't open up to her. One thing that made me mad was that - she was wanting to know things about them and I completely expected him to tell her things like how they met in detail or how he proposed or what they did on their trip in Venice - ANYTHING. But when she asked he gave her the bare minimum with little emotion in it. He did talk about how they met and stuff but it just seemed like he was talking about the weather.
Idk if anyone could handle a relationship like this. I really have no idea why Nina would stay with him. He gives her nothing other than protecting her and throwing money at her. He doesn't give himself to her. And then he screws up again but this time he stays away does stuff and she FINDS him and she just gets over the fact of what he's doing where he's been and how she found him - with that girl. And he's been there for days ignoring her. Yet he gets so damn jealous if a guy sees her in her bathing suit like WTH.
Then he just goes without waiting to try and work things out or fight for her. Just goes. And that my friends is why I hate this relationship. But even I can't argue how good this book is ... no matter how much I hate them, I love them too.
After the cliffhanger of book one, book two was definitely a must read. This book hit me even more with the emotions and all the feels for the obstacles that Tristan and Nina endure. I love learning more and more about each character as we get further into the story.
This is especially true for Tristan. He is such an enigma and I love learning more about him. I wanted to throw my reading device most of the time as I was reading this story, because I wanted everything to work out.
Alas in the end, we are left with another jaw dropping cliffhanger, but hope that they will work everything out in the end. This series is definitely one of my favorites I have read. KM Scott kills me with all the feels and keeps me wanting more.
This book is an improvement over the first in the trilogy because of the alternating points of view between the hero and heroine. Since I listened to both that also meant there was more Christian Fox narrating (always a bonus). There's also more of a plot.
I'm still not a fan of the sex scenes; they seem like clinical descriptions and make me giggle. And the use of dirty words seems gratuitous sometimes, like when describing someone trying to seduce the hero: She rubbed her pu**y through her shorts as she tried to convince me to f**k her. It was already a distasteful scene and the crudity just made me cringe.
Fortunately there wasn't enough of this to keep me from finishing the book. I just hope the author's writing continued/continues to mature.
Funny how I didn’t like Nina much in the first book, then she loses her memory in the second book and I liked her better this way. I still think the author could have been a bit more imaginative with her male MC’s name than having it so closely resemble another millionaire romance MC. It’s true that a lot of the tycoon romance novels out there follow the same formula. I guess you go with what the public responds to. I would rather have 10 Tristan Stones than any one of the other megalomaniacs out there.
Not a standalone. Must read book 1 first. Told from both POV’s, so you begin to understand Tristan better. I was afraid it was going to be a repeat of book 1, but getting Tristan‘s perspective and seeing how much he loves her is very helpful. Nina comes to realize that she doesn’t need a memory to know that she’s in love with Tristan. Along comes another plot twist that sends Tristan into a tailspin. Daryl and the bodyguards are introduced in this story.
Fall into Me starts where Crash into Me left off. In my opinion Tristian doesn't change one bit he is still manipulating Nina. I also felt like Tristian was grooming Nina to stay with him. I really don't like Tristian. I'm a little more tolerate of Nina since the accident. Fall into Me is very slow moving and very lacking in suspense. I read in Heart of Stone Trilogy Box Set (Heart of Stone, #1-3).
Tristan and Nina are at a new journey agin well second chance to start over with Nina’s accident but turns and new information can really mess one up and make decisions they shouldn’t. This a great book that keeps on edge and wanting to know more of what’s going to happen next. I can’t wait to listen to the next book.
So the saga of Tristan and Nina continues in this book, but the twist is Nina doesn't remember the last 4 years of her life, which include Tristan. Loved getting his point of view in this book, just makes me love his character even more.
I am sucked into this story, I cannot wait to continue. It just keeps getting better and better. at first I was so frustrated with Tristan, but I can't wait to find out what is in store for the couple
Oh my lord this is the second book into Tristan & Nina story and my heart can’t take much more of this .. I just want them to be happy already .. so much going on need to keep reading to see what happens next 🔥
Series is still going strong. This is great multi book millionaire romance. You have that typical trope but mix in a lot of drama, a bit of mystery and suspense, and some deep trauma and emotions. Can’t wait to read the next one.
Needing to regain part of her memory from an auto accident, Nina must re-learn that she is in love with Tristan. But with a new connection brings out new questions. Can their love survive some of the answers? Enjoyable - I especially liked the audiobook.
