Good series but…

This is a great series. Be cautioned that each installment is no where near the length to be called a book. Thankfully the first two were Kindle Unlimited. I am very disappointed to see the final two are not. I cannot justify spending $2 for under 100 pages no matter how badly I want to know the outcome.

Quick read

Pure erotica........steamy read that in part one we learn that she is escaping an abusive man and is rescued by gorgeous millionaire twins who have shared her without her knowledge.

oh boy Cali ! this the 2nd part of the Townsend twins is just as hot and steamy as the first, the twins still hiding the fact that their are 2 of them sharing Phoebe. Also hiding the hidden demons that haunt them both from their past, Phoebe scared that Kevin will find her but also that if he does he will hurt the man she knows as Jackson. I love this story with all the underlying history of abuse and mistreatment on all 3 of the main characters , will Phoebe react badly when/if she finds out the men are actually twins and they have already been sharing her. I do however wish that I had waited, buying the parts and keeping them to read once the whole story was out. I hate the waiting for the next part when you are left hanging on the edge of a major part of the book, if you haven't started this I would recommend buying but wait till the rest of the book comes out, that way you can just read straight through from one part to the next without the breaks. it is well worth it, I will just have to re read the whole thing but that's no hardship either

This is book two in the Forbidden series by Cali MacKay

This book continues with Hawke, Archer and Phoebe. Both Hawke and Archer are falling in love with Phoebe. The problem they both have is that they are finding it hard to keep their feelings hidden from her. Phoebe offers to pose for painting with twins, while the other hides from view so she doesn't realise that there are two of them.
Can the twins convince Phoebe of their love for her and can she make the ultimate sacrifice.

I so love to hate your "cliffhangers". You leave me hanging in the most delicious ways. As a Serial/Saga girl, I just adore your episode books. My hope is that you will combine them in the end so I can have a paperback for my collection.
This story literally picks up where part 1 ended (in another gasp inspiring cliffhanger).
I love the Story and the characters, the angst in each of them individually and as a group is far more interesting than one would think. And it's Hot, Hot, Hot!!!

As we know from the first installment, Phoebe washed up on the island shared by twin brothers. She was too freaked out so they took turns caring for her, as one person, Jackson. In reality it was Archer and Hawke playing Jackson. They both fall in love with her and she falls for him, them. Her ex is still hunting her and she wants to leave to keep him out of harms way but they can't let her go. It becomes obvious they can't keep lying to her but if they tell her will she leave?

Forbidden: Part two by Cali MacKay was a good read. Although I may not agree with what Hawke and Archer are doing, I loved that they are falling in love with Phoebe. I loved that Phoebe is falling in love with them even if she only believes they are one man. I love Hawke's character and wish that he and Phoebe could be together. This has been a good series and I can't wait to find out what happens when she finds out.

Interesting

This is a very good series although each episode is far too short now there is a wait for the next episode which is very annoying. The excitement is building as the twins have just shared Phoebe and revealed the fact that there are two of them will she stay? Guess we have to wait for the next installment.

The Plot Thickens

Both twins are falling in love with Phoebe, although in book 2 she still believes she is only with one male whom she is falling in love with. Another cliffhanger ending and I remain. Jealous of Phoebe.
