Book was ok

Book was a fast read. It gives some good advice by mostly celebrities and such. It mostly said just keep a positive attitude and count your blessings.

My first impression was "this is going to be cheesy and predictable". It is supposed to be advice from stars - and they have really stretched the definition - with some real people thrown in. I was slightly suprised. Most contributors submitted their cure in one page or less and were predictable. However, there were some really good thoughts in the book. It is a quick read, uplifting. There is something for every reader.

It was interesting to read how 100 different people beat the blues. I don't remember any one in particular, just that each person is different.
