First read it when I was like a 6th grade student. Read the whole book in one sitting and LOVED it. Owned different editions of this books since I had to buy a new copy whenever I was back in Yangon (because I would just keep recommending this book to my friends and my friends would just keep "borrowing permanently" from me). I could reread this book again and again and again without getting tired of it! Great storyline with lots of likeable/loveable very-Burmese characters, with a twist in ending.
