I loved the recipes in this book. There is a wide variety for many uses, and they don't require a lot of hard to find ingredients, except the essential oils. Most essential oils can be found easily, but some need to be purchased on the internet. What I like about making natural remedies, is the essential oils smell wonderful, and you don't use any artificial chemicals. Everything is natural and more beneficial to you and the environment. And again, they smell divine. I was given a copy of this book for an honest review.
