A solid beginner’s manual that takes the reader through the author’s experience with the topic in a manner that makes it all seem comfortable to try.
The book behind with Nekoterran converting on how bad other duets are, such as the protein diet. He does not go into any other diet program nor presents any evidence on his explanations for his points of view. Note, I did nor see him teaser into any other diet, although he mentions a couple of others. He also has strong opinions about eating see fetal meals and believes someone can keep stable insulin levels by eating three big meals. I'm sure it is possible with the right foods, but his explanations lack foundational materials. This, I believe is important in this book since he starts out by saying he had no certifications or formal training, but then he attempts to explain how digestion works, or the bodie'hormonal processes.
The author also does not summarize his nutrition plan. He recommends taking supplements, and from specific brands, he also recommends eating veggies. Alkyl I all his advice bois down to eating 2/3 of all your food as alkaline food. He dies not softest how this is to be measured.
I have it 2 stars because the supplements he recommends are not a bad idea. Other than that, I did not see an actual diet, or sources supporting his way of thinking.
