Simple Easy Every Day Meditation Method

Rate this book
Twenty-five years ago Sarah fell in love with meditation. Ever since, she's explored the world seeking the secrets to meditation. She was a resident in a Zen Buddhist monastery, lived in an ashram in India, taught English to Tibetan Buddhist nuns, bicycled along the silk route through Pakistan, meditated in temples in Thailand and Japan, and trekked the Golden Triangle in Asia.

She's also worked with some of the greats in the world of self-awareness - serving as the founding education director of Deepak Chopra's mind-body center for wellbeing, the director of Byron Katie's School for the Work, and assisting Seat of the Soul author, Gary Zukav.

Her best-seller Soul-Centered: Transform Your Life in 8 Weeks with Meditation (Hay House) has inspired people everywhere to "take time out for time in" through meditation and mindfulness practices.

Sarah makes it her mission to support those who want to learn how to meditate to find fulfillment, better health, and inner peace. As the founding director of the McLean Meditation Institute (MMI) in Sedona Arizona, she offers meditation classes, weekend retreats, and a teacher certification program.

The quality of the writing is mediocre and it's apparent no one edited the book. The content, however, is quite good. It's a nice and easy read about meditation basics and is good with anyone looking for basic understand or who is a meditation beginner.
