There's no denying that Wyatt and Addison are great together, but until Addison opens up about her past, she'll never know if Wyatt loves her for who she really is.
Meanwhile, unless Addison can get along with Sophie, Wyatt will have no choice but to walk away from her forever.
Will they pass each other's tests? Or will their unexpected romance end as quickly as it began?
**Warning: This new adult romance series is meant for a mature audience due to adult language and explicit content.
Hazel Kelly is an Amazon bestselling author who writes sweet and steamy romance that will make you smile all over.
When she's not traveling the globe in search of cozy hammocks to write in, she enjoys tackling her tbr list with a nice big glass of anything will do. She lives in Dublin with her favorite Irishman and their three-legged cat.
I received this book as an ARC in exchange for an honest review. Wyatt was just what Addison needed. The way he was resilient in pushing his feelings for her regardless was what she needed to show herself that she can be loved and there are people out there that won't leave or abandon her. The strength she has to have overcome what she has is incredible. I'm so glad she finally told him about her past. This was a perfect ending for their steamy love story.
I tried to just quit but ... I'm hideously curious ... And I think the series ended really well; I actually wish there had been *more.* I actually liked the realization that Addison had about her job, and the hard truths Wyatt underlined ... his success with the song, that the date went so well with Sophie - although I feel like if there had been more that'd be great. I didn't really get a feel for how Sophie felt about Addison but I think we were supposed to assume/veer towards that she thought Addison was glamorous and fabulous ...
I liked how gone Wyatt was, and how he was pursuing Addison - charmingly and nicely.
Just ... that one part in book five. >.< It really detracted from what would otherwise be a series I'd wholeheartedly recommend to contemporary romance readers.
I received a free ARC from Hidden Gems for the promise of an honset review.
Addison and Wyatt are from two different worlds. Addison is a foster kid who is ambitious and focus driven. She is aiming for a promotion at her job. Wyatt is a former member of a boy band who now writes music for a living. They meet when Wyatt is doing DIY maintenance for his brother's company. They are attracted to each other but Addison is skittish but cannot deny wanting to spend time with Wyatt. They both have to fight past drama to find their HEA.
I was lucky enough to get all 6 parts of the book as one from Hidden Gems. Each book is different but the storyline is consistent and flows. They are light and easy to read. It has some steamy scenes but it is not the focual point. Do recommend.
Not happy that it took 6 books to tell this story. It could have been done in 2 or 3. The ending was disappointing, kinda leaves you hanging. If you're gonna take 6 books to tell the story thorn the ending should be more conclusive
Wyatt really loves Addison but can Addison love him? When she doesn't get the promotion at work she goes see the last person who looked after her in foster care, who tell her to jest let things happen with Wyatt and it wasn't the right time for the job!
So as you already know from the last book that Addison was scared of wing pinned and tied down to one person but with Wyatt she had no idea what overcame her because she is willingly letting him do things to her that she wouldn't normally.
This is the final book in this series and Addison finds herself going on a night out with Wyatt and Sophie, she is still struggling to cope with her past and the fact that she didn't really enjoy her childhood as she was constantly moved from home to home. So when they do all go out she finds herself actually enjoying her time with Sophie as they really hit it off. After Sophie goes to her sleepover Wyatt takes Addison to a bar to have a drink and this is where Addison decides to reveal all to him about her past and the fact that she didn't come from a big family.
After Wyatt hears what she has to say what he says next completely surprises her. Once Wyatt has heard everthing he doesn't care what her past is and he tells her that he wants to be with her no matter what and that he loves her.
I absolutely love the end to this series, it was Amazing to read from the start. Thank you Hazel Kelly for such an amazing series.
I love it all! I wouldn’t want it to end any other way. It’s perfect! Addison finally open up to Wyatt and I couldn’t expect any other action from him. He is just what she needs and he proves that cheering for him all the time was the right choice. I can imagine a bright future together for them. I can picture the whole thing with Sophie having siblings and everything. :)
I was so anxious about this and I read that so fast that when it was over I was sad that I won’t have more from Addison and Wyatt but really happy with how the things were ending.
I think I miss an epilogue because I’d like to know more about their life with Sophie - she is a great kid and in my point of view, she being so cute and grown up for her age made all the difference.
Wyatt show you his vulnerable side in this book...I mean hard coreish at the end. He says all the right things but kinda at the wrong moment...but that's ok.
Addison is this broken girl on the inside but on the outside she is this strong elegant woman. She is holding on my a string and she is ready to cut the string with her own scissors.
But that is perfect because Wyatt is ready and willing to catch her when she falls.
This book made me said because I am not done with these two yet. I need 5 and 10 years from now. I need to know every detail of their lives!!
I blame Hazel Kelly because she wrote one bad ass series. I loved every book!
Well I just have to say that I loved this book so much I read it in one sitting then was upset it was over so I read it again.
I don't want to give too much away but I love, love, love the ending. I was worried... then excited...I chuckled.....I smiled.....I held my breath.....
I don't want it to end but at the same time I needed to know what would happen. Did Addison give Wyatt a chance? Was Sophie a deal breaker or a deal maker? Did Wyatt give up and walk away or was he able to break down Addison ' s protective walls?
You have to read the series to find out....you owe it to yourself.
Well done again Hazel!!
I received an ARC of this book for my honest review.
I'm glad that Addison finally opened up and told Wyatt her big secret so he's able to understand why she keeps pushing him away.
Through all 6 books, I still don't care for Addisons character. I think she needs years worth of psychological help before she considers any kind of relationship, especially a man with a child.
No real HEA but Wyatt has left the door open for when Addison gets it together that he still wants to be in her life.
The story itself is a good one but if you take out all Addisons immature behavior, you would have 1 maybe 2 good books and not ridiculous filler to make readers pay for 6 books that aren't needed.
I was a little torn, when I started this book, because I really wanted to know how it was going to end, but on the other hand, I didn't want Addison and Wyatt story to end. I think that Hazel Kelly did a great job with this last book. And I got the ending that a wanted. I love how Wyatt love Addison, and that he can giv her the space and love she needs. And I love how Hazel describe Addison and Sophie relationship, how they just talk, and forget all about Wyatt. But I am missing a epilogue. I got this steamy series, so I would give my honest review.
Wow! I originally thought that the previous book in this series was my favorite but after reading this final installment, this one is my absolute favorite! I loved the entire storyline from the beginning of Book 1 all the way through the end of Book 6. If you haven't read "The Wanted Series" just yet, you really should ASAP! I am positive that everyone will be happy they did and fall in love with Addison and Wyatt just as I have.
What an amazing ending to Wyatt and Addison's story.
Does Addison finally tell Wyatt about her past and her insecurities??
Does Wyatt tell Addison what he wants from their relationship?? How would Addison responded given her past?? I'm not telling you need to read to find out!!!! I love Hazel's books and I can't wait for the next series.
Wyatt is the only thing that can finally bring broken Addison hope and allow her to be loved and feel love. This book is the perfect ending to a great series and a perfect couple. Great job Hazel you have done well
Just finished reading the 'Wanted' series. Really good, lots of emotion and a reasonable backstory. Wish it had ended better, like a year later so we could see how things had progressed. Kinda left me wanting more.
Meh... What can I say ....? I just was not impressed by this story. The writing style or the heroine. Parts of the story as a whole was interesting. But other parts ( most of it ) left me flat.
Loved reading this just wish there was another book after this to end it like 5 years later was they still together who he coped with Sophie and her 1st crush act but still loved the whole series
