The Fall - the 3rd book in the Jump series - follows Jonah, a young man living in London working as a detective for hire. What begins as a regular case quickly evolves into something far bigger than he is prepared to deal with and soon Jonah finds himself in way over his head...
After reading The Jump, and The Fall, I was excited to start this one. Each tale seems to somehow balance its own little story whilst also remaining within a subtle arc that keeps you intrigued as to where the story will go.
This being the third in the series I had high hopes, and I’m glad to say I wasn’t at all disappointed. This is so far my favourite of the series and follows a really gritty tale that has you looking through the other end of the telescope. I don’t want to say more in case I ruin the tale, but Matt’s writing just gets stronger and stronger with each new telling.
I can’t wait for the next instalment in this series.
