Nightshade

Bob Roberts, second in command of the starship Argonaut becomes concerned when members of the crew are brutally murdered. When explosions force their space-born vessel to land for repairs on their destination, the planet Nightshade, their sighs of relief turn to screams of terror. For Nightshade is so very aptly named.

Rather transparent (the 'bad guys' were very easy to pick, it's easy to tell who is going to die, etc), but still quite a fun little tale.
