Internationally bestselling author Chantal Fernando brings fans another sexy motorcycle novella in the Wind Dragons MC series, as rival club president Talon has to decide what's more dangerous: facing down the WDMC, or losing his heart to a woman under their protection.

Talon has a complicated relationship with the Wind Dragons Motorcycle Club. He’s the president of their rival club, the Wild Men, but he’s also related to one of their members—who hates him. He could handle that, but he’s also got problems in his own club; someone is leaking information and disrupting their business, but Talon can’t find the mole. So the last thing he needs is even more complication in the form of a beautiful single mother who’s bolder than half the bikers on his squad. But he can't take his eyes—or his hands—off her...

Tia’s always been a little reckless, up for a good time wherever she found it, but she’s also a great mom to her young son. So even though she thinks Talon is basically sex on a stick, when she realizes she wants to be more to him than just a club groupie, she has to take things a bit slow. Plus, a momentary attraction, no matter how smoking hot, isn’t worth risking her son’s happiness in any way. Is there any chance that Talon might be up for a more permanent arrangement? Or has Tia leapt before looking once again?

I love Chantal Fernando's writing, and this series is my favorite by her. But unfortunately this book didn't live up to what I've come to expect from her. I liked storyline of Tia and Talon, but the execution behind it lacked something for me.

When I saw that Talon was getting a book I was way beyond excited because I've wanted to know more about him since we were first introduced in Arrow's Hell. I could just tell that he had a lot of potential for my future book boyfriend, and in his own book I was proven right, definitely BBF material. He was sexy as hell, but there was this small part of him that was vulnerable and it made him so much more endearing than I thought he could be. I felt for him and his need to be close to the only family he had.

I loved him and Tia together, and thought they were perfectly suited. She had a wildness in her character, but she was also grounded and responsible at the same time. I liked seeing how she was able to get Talon settle down and want something more than a one night stand. Plus, they were hot as hell together, so really, what more could I want from them?

Honestly I loved them so much that I needed more of them. Their story was only a novella so there wasn't a lot of room to shove a bunch of romance in the first place. So by the end, no matter how happy I was with how Tia and Talon worked together, it didn't make me any less disappointed that there wasn't a lot of them together. Their relationship seemed way too slow in the beginning so by the time they actually got together the book was over soon after. Not a major issue, just a disappointment.

My actual issue came from the very end. It honestly confused me when it was over and I realized there was no more coming no matter how many times I try to swipe the page over. I feel cheated out of a HEA from Tia and Talon because the end was all Talon and the Club. Is that it for them? Will they and the Wild Men have another book? Or just the Wild Men MC? I need to know these things! I feel like this was a way to get to a spin off series, but honestly I just think a character like Talon needed novel and not something as short as this was.

Overall, I still liked the book and I can't wait to see what else this author is going to bring us from the Wild Men. I do with we had more story on Tia and Talon but what we did get to see of them was something wonderful so that makes me happy.

Before ya'll get too excited, let me say that this is not Talon's full story. This details Talon and Tia's beginnings and sets up some of what Talon is dealing with in his club (probably to introduce some more characters from his side of the world). While it left me feeling unfulfilled because nothing was really resolved, I liked how these two got together in every sense of the word. It was so sexy! I do get a feel for their personalities and their development as a couple shows promise, but I'll have to see how it goes in the next novel. Not really much more to say about this shorty except that it does it's job in making me want to read the next. Safety: No OW/OM/Sharing. No rape/abuse.

This is how I felt when I finished this book!
description

But then I thought I must be doing something wrong, this can't be happening...

description

Well obviously the joke was on me!!!

I mean I get it it's a short story but come on we were left with more questions than the actual book! And I wasn't able to enjoy what was happening because it was too damn short lived. Why would you do that...??? Talon and Tia deserved so much more....

And what the HELL with the ending...??? More unanswered questions for me!

Ms Fernando do something for this poor couple and for us, and give us what we deserve our HEA and answers to those damn questions! Don't leave us hanging!!!

description

I can't live like this!

I would say as usual "Enjoy" but you're not going to UNLESS there's another book that will complete this one!

Chantal Fernando sure knows hot to sink her claws as or should I say Talon into the hearts of her readers as she took us on one wild sexual tension MC romance ride. I will be completely honest here, I didn’t know that Ms. Fernando was releasing a novella a few weeks after the release of Rake’s Redemption. After devouring Rake’s Redemption, I was craving for Talon to get his story and HEA and so you can imagine my excitement when I found out about Wild Ride.

photo c01d155ef9f9033d61caf2b40cc605_zpswztvnrc2.gif “I’ve crossed the line and now there’s no going back. I tried to stay away from her, I did, but now I’ve come too far. There’s only moving forward, and I’ll handle whatever is thrown at me to have this girl, to get to know her and see if she’s what I think she is. Mine.”

#WILDRIDE-CHANTAL

If you have been following the Wind Dragons Motorcycle Club Series, then you are all familiar with Talon, President of the Wild Men MC, a rival MC of the Wind Dragons. Since Talon has been President, the two MCs have somewhat called a truce but that doesn’t mean both MCs are lovey dovey with one another. Let’s just say they just tolerate each other. And so when Tia, best friend of Bailey, who happens to be dating Rake of Wind Dragons decides that she wants to explore this possible relationship with Talon, it begins a whole wild bumpy ride. First, Tia must come to terms that possibly starting a relationship with Talon may cause a rift between her,Rake and the Wind Dragons MC. Also, dating a biker means that Tia will have to embrace the biker’s lifestyle. On top of that, Talon has to decide how Tia and her kid fits into his lifestyle. Will Tia and Talon get that chance at happily ever after and ride off the sunset together? Or will they discover that this wild ride has an expiration date?

#WildRide1

Tia and Talon’s relationship is more of who should make the first move. Both are fiercely independent and strong individuals, but put them in front of each other, Tia and Talon can’t help to submit and let their guards down when they are together. As fiery and consuming this connection is, Tia and Talon faces the biggest challenge as a couple since this is both something new for them. For the first time, Talon found someone that he wants to spend every waking moment with. And for Tia, Talon is the one guy in a long time that made her feel loved. I will just say Chantal aptly titled this novella Wild Ride because it was one WILD journey for Talon and Tia to finally take that first step in initiating their love affair. And to say this Wild Ride ends off with hearts and flowers, I am sorry to say that Ms. Fernando has truly revved up her readers with this novella as she tossed in a few surprising turn of events and so I am so ready to get clawed by Talon and get bitten by a certain Wolf in the next book of the series.

Although I really liked Wild Ride, I thought it was way too short and not developed enough. Talon is the president of the Wild Men MC and was worth a full length novel in my opinion. I even think his MC deserves its own series but obviously not if we're getting this Novella of his story.

It left my feeling so unfulfilled and nothing was really resolved at the end. Maybe this is to introduce more of his story through the Wind Dragon series but it left me confused. This is the first book in this series to get lower then a 5 star from me! Still i recommend to read it if your reading this whole series. You don't want to miss out on this hot but quick love story.

Wild Ride was a waste of an hour and it makes me question whether I want to continue with the series (a series that, imo, should be a spin-off titled Wild Men Motorcycle Club). And I just five-starred Rake' s Redemption. I know Fernando can do better. Grr...that's why this lazily written novella ticks me off so much. Plus I had high expectations for Talon and Tia and this book did not do them proper justice.

This book was so underwhelming. I was actually surprised by how dull the characters and the storyline were. I usually don't find that in a novella, mostly everything is at warp speed. Talon and Tia stuck out for me in the previous book because of their big personalities. I didn't know who this Talon and Tia were.

Talon is the president of the Wild Men MC. He's a mediocre prez and he was so unsure of himself with Tia. Yawn. I thought he showed more passion with Rake. Tia was painted as this loud mouth, self-confident woman who liked to party and have short flings while still being a responsible mother. She was pretty much just a self-confident mother in this novella. Which there's nothing wrong with that but when Fernando threw out her other traits it just made her boring in comparison and added to the overall boringness of the story.

We're left with a cliffhanger as this novella sets up the next book as having a mystery to solve within the Wild Men MC. I think I'll just stick with the actual Wind Dragons' books.

Personal Review:
This was a romance between a single mother and a President of a MC. Aside from some repetition (which started to become annoying), it was an ok read.

If you like Chantal Fernando’s recent romances you would like this. Not something that I would personally read again.

Fuck me! That ending was abrupt! Had me checking my kindle had finished on the right page!! WTF?!

That said, it could have been a ploy to get me to start the next one?? (well, it worked, seems I'm becoming this author's very willing whore!!). Loved Tia and Talon, need more of a HEA though - hopefully that'll be in Wolf's Mate?

Talon and Tia met because of Anna and Bailey(Tia's best friend), they hit it off right off the bat but Talon held back and Talon being in another MC than Baileys man made it even harder. When Talon and Tia seem to keep running into each other Talon finds it harder and harder to deny his feelings and how much he wants Tia till he decides deny them isn't what he wants anymore.

Now that Talon and Tia are together they find love and happiness that neither have ever known but the honeymoon stage seems to quickly wear off with Talons rival MC(that being Tia's best friends man, and Talons step brother) not wanting Tia and Talon together, and if that wasn't enough something big is going down in Talons MC and its his job to not only figure it out but set it straight.

It's no secret I love this series and since we were introduced to Talon (Rake and Anna's step brother) I knew I wanted his story. I liked this story I wish it was longer but there were some things that left me not so sure like the other books. One being that this book just ends, As the percentage got higher and higher I wondered how their book would end, then I turned the page thinking what..... because the book was over.

It almost feels like she had a certain number of words should could use in this novella and once they were used thats was it. My other concern with his book was that it felt like recorded moments in Talon and Tia's relationship we would see one thing happen then another and so on but they didn't feel connected into a story but several moments of their story. I'm not even sure if that makes sense or if thats the best way to describe it but it's the only way I can think of describing it.

Now did I like this book yes, absolutely. And I wasn't sure how I would feel about Tia's book because of her personality in the previous book. I'm not saying she was bad or irritating because she wasn't but I wasn't sure if I would connect with her and I easily did. In fact I really liked Tia and Talon separately and together as a couple. I liked their story a lot but I wish we had gotten more. I have so many questions left after this book, that I don't know if I could list them all.

I think it will be interesting to see if the next book will finish this storyline, and if these two MC's will be brought together or become one(?) I honestly have no clue but I really want to know. I also see several other novellas are planned including a brother from Talon's MC and this makes me want to know even more that happens.

"3,75" stars For Pres Talon

'ARC generously provided via NetGalley in exchange for an honest review'

Talon has finally his book...i was so excited when i read that he is going to be paired with Tia, her independence/wildness suits Talon's personality perfectly. Even though the series are about Wind Dragons MC this one was for Wild Men MC the rival club with Talon been the the president, from the beginning i was introduced with his character i ecstatic about him, what can i say this bad boy biker with morals is something very unique.

Tia after her ex she distant herself form other guys being also a single mother made things even more complicated but when she met Talon attraction was instant even if she didn't wanted his whole package screamed NO NO NO but well they fell for each other. Overall this story was very enjoyable and interesting and i'm a big fan of the series but i'd love if there was more storyline in this novella about these two lovely characters, that's my only concern...I wanted more...

Furthermore the story was beautiful and is definitely recommended especially to the fans of the series even for a small taste Talon can't be missed, looking forward for the next book of the series.

Just when you thought that things couldn't get any hotter with Chantal and her glorious guys.
She pulls yet another rough and tumble thrill ride out of her hat.
But wait!
Things get better still.
It isn't the those winsome Wind Dragons who take the lead position in this ride.
That coveted position is being held by none other than Talon.
President of the Wild Men, brother to Rake, and weakness to Tia.

Nothing could be more basic than the attraction between Tia and Talon.
Hell, even their names sound great together.
But with bad blood still marring the Wild Men's past,
and hard feelings blocking any in roads between Rake and Talon's relationship as brothers.
There is little hope for a smooth ride of any sort for Talon or his club.

But the fiercely independent Tia has never been one to take the easy way in love or in life.
She is all set to prove that she is in for the long haul.
Just when Talon needs her the most.

This is definitely the kinder and gentler side to bikers.
Talon is clear headed, calm, and sensitive.
But clearly more than capable of war mode; if the need arises.
He is the perfect balance for the brash Tia, and the unforgiving Rake.

Once again it is wonderful to read the sexy and hard won biker style happily...
That only Chantal could write.

I really liked this book. I loved Talon, he is such a sweetheart! I wanted more... I know this was a novella but come on. That ending??? Such a cliffhanger, I never expected it to end right there. I loved how Tia stood up for her and Talon's relationship too the WDMC guys. I hope that the Wild Men MC get their own series. I really want to see how this mystery ends...

This is a novella within the Wind Dragons M/C series and so it’s a relatively short read that ends on a cliffhanger so I am guessing this is just an opener to more of Talon and Tia’s story. I hope so anyway as I was enjoying the connection between these two and I’m left with many unanswered questions.

Talon is actually the president of an associated M/C that we have met throughout the series so it was refreshing to take a side step in the series. Tia is a great character, a single mother that enjoys her independence to a point where she refuses to ask for help or accept it willingly. They have done their best to ignore the attraction they feel for a while so it was nice to see them finally give in to it and let things progress further as they are good together.

I enjoyed reading this one more than I have the last couple of books in this series so I was disappointed to realise it was a short read but I am really looking forward to the next book now to see how things develop between Talon and Tia. And get those questions answered.

Really disappointed. I was so pumped for Talon's story but this just didn't rub me the right way. I normally love Chantal Fernando's work because she's talented and her writing works for me. I wanted to love this story as much as I loved the previous books but this just missed its mark.

Tia just wasn't a good heroine for me. I don't know, she just wasn't working. She didn't work with Talon, either, which is another reason I probably didn't like her. I just felt like she wasn't a good fit for him and Fernando wasn't able to change my mind.

I loved Talon ever since he came about a few books before this one. He's got this inner part of him that I wanted to see more of and was hoping for in his book. While I saw a bit of it, I struggled to see what I really wanted to see and so I barely finished it. I had to force myself to read the book even while I was bored, annoyed and just over it.

You've got the prez of one MC, Talon, who's attracted to the best friend of an old lady from another MC, Tia. Talon knows that seeing Tia will cause issues so he fights his attraction but he can't fight it for long. The more he sees Tia the more his control slips when he's around her. Tia, a single mom, knows her attraction to Talon means something but she isn't going to beg for his attention.

Wild Ride is a safe biker novella that didn't have OW drama or cheating. It's short and sweet but ends in a way that leaves the story open for the next Novella. I liked all the characters but I personally, would have liked to see Talon be more aggressive in his pursuit of Tia. I think with this being a biker story, he was a bit too tame.

~3.5 ~

I've been a big fan of the Wild Dragon MC Series since the beginning and I've always wanted to know more about Talon so I was super excited when I found out that Chantal was releasing a novella to tell his story.

Talon is the President of Wild Men, which is a rival MC to the Wild Dragon MC. These two clubs have a pretty nasty history but once Talon became President and started to make changes, they've started leaving each other alone and being a bit more civil towards each other. However, this does not mean that they are friendly and the Wild Dragons still harbor some harsh feelings towards him. He's trying to clean up his club and keep them from stirring up more trouble. He is a bit of a playboy and has no desire to settle down with someone. Especially not while he is trying to smooth out his club. They are his number one priority. That is until Tia blows her way into his life.

Tia is a single mother who is full of life. She's a firecracker who has become a fiercely strong independent woman. She has no problem letting lose and enjoying men but she never really let's them get too close. Then she meets Talon. She's instantly attracted to him and quickly discovers that she just might be looking for more than a good time. Will Talon's playboy status and her desire to protect her son keep her from the one man that she might actually see herself with?
I like the chase that we get between Talon and Tia. They are both extremely attracted to each other yet they tend to dance around each other. When one makes a move, the other backs away. They have their reasons and for me, I enjoyed the push and pull. I liked that it wasn't just an automatic instant relationship and that there was a bit of a slow burn.

Talon is a smart President who has a major desire to clean up the mess of a club that his stepfather left him. We get to see his vulnerability compassion, showing us many sides to him. Tia seems to be the perfect match for him. She' doesn't take crap and she keeps him on his toes. He realizes that he needs a strong woman by his side.

I did feel like we didn't get enough of Talon and his full story. I understand that this is a novella but I wanted to see a little bit more of his background with the club and his driving force to make changes. We do know some of the history from the other books but I just felt like I needed more.

Overall, I enjoyed this steamy novella and it really does set us up for the next book. I can't wait to get my hands on Wolf's Mate.

Well this was ok, I guess. I really like Talon and this novella did him justice but Tia... I don't get why all the guys have to be with girls within their inner circle? Friend of sisters/brothers, sisters of other characters and brothers, it's ruins the fun out of seeing them coupling. This book had a lot of hints about characters as well.

Tia as a character is a mix of other characters, like most of the people in this series. The guys are badass and bikers, the girls are badass and all of them with "careers" even though the MC life lives little to no time and yet these characters manage to be successful, always surrounded in drama, and always find time to party - it's fiction, but a tiny realistic approach wouldn't hurt.

This could use a bit of a development despite it being a novella. And I really don't get the use of children in this story. When convenient the kids are present, when convenient there's always a character babysitting; I'm not the one to judge a fictional single mother, but some things made me raise an eyebrow...

Onto the next one though.

This book is about Talon and Tia. They decide they like each other but because of the conflict between the Wild Men MC and the Wind Dragon MC, and the fact that Tia is best friends with Bailey, Rake's old lady, Talon puts on the brakes. Or tries to. Tia is pretty persistent. Talon finally gives in and it all goes well for a little while. And then they hit a bump.

This novella was a bit anti climatic for me and left a bit to be desired, which is different than normal with this author so I'm giving it an OK, because there is background we need to know going forward.

I enjoyed this! It's very short and not really a complete story but I'm guessing it's sets up what comes next in the series while giving us a taste of Talon and Tia together. There's trouble brewing inside the Wild Men MC and since Talon is their president his life is about to get crazy. The one good thing he has is Tia. Unable to resist the attraction any longer these two finally come together. Will the ride get to wild for it to last? Can't wait for the next book in this series. I'm completely hooked!

I've had a crush on Talon since he was first introduced to this series. I only wish he had a full book instead of just a novella. It went by WAY too quickly for my tastes haha. Seeing Talon and Tia finally giving in to their feelings for one another was the sweetest. I loved their relationship. Talon fit right into Tia's world and vice versa. Sure their attraction caused some rifts with the Wind Dragons MC, but that's to be expected with all the history going on. I will say Talon's story, short as it was, lived up to the hype for me. I think he's in the top three for my favorite guys in this series. *swoons*

So are you ready for a “wild ride”?! You sure will get it with Talon’s story. This was everything I was hoping and expecting Talon would be; smart, sexy, loyal, loving and hot as hell in bed. Tia seems to be the only person who knows how to bring Talon to his knees just by being who she is. She is a single mom who is devoted to her young son Rhett and has learned to be strong and not dependent on men after being burnt by her ex-husband. Tia also knows a good thing when she sees it even if he happens to be the president of rival Wild Men MC and not a member of the Wind Dragons in which her best friend Bailey is married to Rake. Oh, yeah and Rake is also the stepbrother of Talon. This story just keeps getting better and better.

I’m so glad that Talon’s story has come so soon after Rake’s because in Rake’s Redemption we get to see another glimpse of Talon and he is a man that has caught my attention from the very beginning. You just knew that even though he was president of a rival mc he was different and had so much to offer. This story is all about Talon and Tia’s growing interest in each other in which it takes a strong Tia to make that first move but after that if Talon wanted her he was going to have to man up and take the next step. Talon has a lot going on in his personal life and with his club. There is something going on inside his clubhouse so much so that he doesn’t want to take Tia there to be around the men who are supposed to be his brothers in every sense of the word. Right after one of his men wants to talk to him that man is found murdered within the Wild Men’s clubhouse. What is going on and will Talon find out in time in order to save his mc and is trying to keep Tia and Rhett safe going to be more than he can handle? This book will pull you in and having you doing a happy dance for Talon and Tia but wondering what the hell is going on under Talon’s nose. Does he have anyone within his mc that he can trust or is he going to have to go to the Wind Dragon’s MC for a little help from his supposed allies? The men of the Wind Dragons and even some of the Wild Men are pretty hot alphas that you will fall in love with. All I can say Ms. Fernando is bring on the next installment of this biker series that I cannot seem to get enough of!

If you ask me what's a perfect way to write a novella, I would give you Wild Ride as an example.

Chantal Fernando clues us in into who the main characters were going to be in Rake's Redemption. We knew it was bound to happen after Tia met Talon. They shared a look and in this novella, we learned they shared a smoking hot kiss too. Afterward, neither could stop thinking about the other one but Tia was not going to take the next step, after all, she was the one who kissed him in the first place.

On the other hand, Talon is dealing with his own club drama, The Wild Men MC. His club is not squeaky clean and he believes someone in his club is a mole. The last thing he wants to bring to the club is Tia and her son Rhett until he knows it's safe.

Kudos to Chantal Fernando for making a novella feel like a full book. I loved that their relationship took it's time to develop. Weeks passed before they would have a new interaction, making their story much more believable.

I also like Anna and Bailey's attitude. They were there to support their friend despite being part of the rival club, The Wind Dragons. I do agree that Rake needs to stop being immature and realized his attitude doesn't help. Anna is always going to have a relationship with Talon. Talon cares for her as a sister and he won't let anything bad happen to her.

Last but not least, I liked that we get a lot of suspense and intrigue. We get a hint of who's the next couple to fall in love is and we know the drama is far from over.

I have nothing but good things to say about this book. I'm definitely enjoying the ride.

Cliffhanger: No

OH MY LANTA. THAT WAS ONE HOT NOVELLA.

Even though this was a novella, Chantal managed to incorporate humor, romance, friendship, and mystery through out this story. I was really impressed with how natural everything felt! Nothing felt slow paced or boring.

Usually novellas that have romance fall victim to insta-love, however, this novella did not. The couple was introduced in a previous book, which made the connection between Tia and Talon more believable. I loved seeing Tia and Talon interact. I thought their personalities suited each other so well. The chemistry between them was out of this world! This was one steamy novella.

I really liked learning more about Talon and Tia. I thought they were such interesting characters! I honestly wish this would have been a full length novel, because I wanted more of Tia and Talon! I could read about them forever.

This novella set up some interesting story lines that I am really excited to see play out in future books. If you are looking for a sexy MC novella, I would definitely recommend this novella to you! I would recommend reading the rest of the Wind Dragons series before picking up this novella. You won't regret starting this awesome series and novella!

4 / 5 Fangs

I have loved Talon throughout this series, and in the previous book, I was desperate for him to get with Tia, so I was super happy to see they got a book! Talon may be from a rival club, but he's one of my favourite characters, and I love, love, love him and Tia together. This is a novella so it's only a super quick read, but it packed quite punch.

Wild Ride is by far the strongest of the 2 series novella's we've had so far. I'm not sure if there was anything about Talon and Tia that I didn't like. Talon was completely swoon-worthy, and Tia was hilarious! I loved her!! I loved him!! I wish they could have had a longer book so their story was more developed because any conflict was resolved really quickly.

We got to know Vinnie in Wild Ride, and the end of the book was the perfect set up to the 5th book in the series, Wolf's Mate, which gives us Vinnie and Talon's cousin, Shayla (the two clubs colliding for the second time!). I ended Wild Ride absolutely desperate to dive back into the world of the Wind Dragon's once again.

Wild Ride is the 4.5 installment in the Fernando’s Wind Dragon MC series and fans are pleased to see it is the elusive Talen’s story. Talen is the president of the Wild Men MC; a rival club of the Wind Dragons. Though the MCs don’t get along, his relationship to a Wind Dragon brother and another member’s girlfriend complicates the situation. Content to stay in the background, trying to keep his MC on the straight and narrow and improve his relationship with his half-brother and sister, Talon has no time for romantic entanglements. But love waits for no one. We first meet the heroine, Tia, in Rake’s Redemption. She is Bailey’s bff and the perfect comedic sidekick. Fernando digs deeper into Tia’s personality and background, showing us and Talon that she is more than able to hold her own against a commitment phobic biker. This fast and furious story is brimming with plenty of laughter, passion, and some suspense as Fernando takes readers on the wildest ride of their lives. The novella does end rather abruptly on a cliffhanger, leaving this reader feeling a bit unfulfilled.

I really wanted to like this one but it was very difficult for me. This is Talon and Tia's story and while it started out good it slowed down and left a lot of things unanswered.

First Talon is having issues in his own MC and one of his brothers is murdered in the clubhouse. Talon is looking for answers and sadly nothing is resolved in this matter.

Next the ending Talon and Tia are left as they are just seeing one another. Their was no HEA and it ended so abruptly that I had more questions that went unanswered. I think I was expecting the story to be a little more like Irish's story but this one just fell flat for me.

In Wild ride it does set up for the next book which happens to be Vinnie so yay on that but hopefully some answers will come to light on the Tia and Talon relationship and what's really going on in his clubhouse.

I gave this book 4.5 stars!

This was the first book of this series and I really enjoyed getting to know all the characters. Even without me reading previous books it was easy to keep up with who's who. The only thing I didn't like was it ended in a sort of cliffhanger. I was wanting more and now I have to wait for the next book.

Talon and Tia make a great couple, the have off the charts chemistry, strong and will fight on what they believe in. They both fight their attraction until they can't and it is beyond hot.

I can't wait to read more, now I need to start at the beginning of the series.

Part 4.5 of an ongoing series

My Wild Ride Review . . .

This series is growing on me more and more. At first the series started as a MC lite type of series but all of the characters have grown on me and I couldn't wait to get Talon's story. Especially since he's technically not a Wind Dragon.

When Talon first appears in this series he comes across as a jerk and makes some crappy decision but the more we see of Talon in this series the more he becomes likeable and sexy. Talon's Wild Men MC is different then the Wind Dragons MC and right now he's in the middle of his MC falling apart. So the last thing he wants is to have a relationship but when Tia walks into his life he can't seem to stay away from her.

Tia is the boisterous, very open best friend of Bailey (Rake's Old Lady). Tia acts like her love and leave em' personality is enough but deep down Tia wants more for her and her son. Tia's been hurt in the past with her ex so she puts on a big front but when Talon walks into her life she wants more. Now she just has to get Talon on board with this decision.

Once they give into one another their chemistry explodes but the complication of Talon's MC could put a kink into their new relationship. Until Talon realizes he can have both and Tia could be an asset to him and his MC instead of a hindrance.

In Talon's world things are starting to hit the fan and are becoming a lot more gritty then he would like. Even though he is considered an ally to the Wind Dragons MC not all are on board with the new relationship between him and Tia, especially since the Wind Dragons consider Tia to be one of them.

The series has started lite but it keeps getting better and better while getting more dark and gritty. Just he way a MC book should be. Talon and Tia's story was good. Both strong characters with no annoying martyr moments or annoying heroines which is always a plus in my world.

Sometimes novella can be the perfect amount for a smaller story but other times with novellas its not enough. In Wild Ride I felt like it wasn't enough and I still wanted more from Tia and Talon. However this novella also helps to hook us more into this series and what is to come, because things in the Wild Men MC are just about to come to heads and we thankfully will get to see how it all unfolds with the next few books in this series.

I give my heart to Talon!

I knew from his very first appearance that I was going to love Talon. He was always gentle and funny when he was around the women. Having so much on his shoulders with strengthening a rival club, Wild Men MC, he’s busy rebuilding their brotherhood and cleaning the stains of the club’s past that he inherited.

With direct ties to the Wind Dragons he continues to try build a friendship with the WDMC and become strong allies, but still gets the brunt of their distrust of his club. He’s such s good man that he always takes the high road. He’s has a smooth diplomatic way about him. I could help but love this man.

Tia is a lucky woman. She’s bold and funny and strong. The perfect woman for the Wild Men MC President’s old lady. Though Talon isn’t a major character in the series, I would have liked for his story to be a bit more in depth, but what he did get does satisfy my craving of him and it dead leave off as a perfect segue into the next book.
