Pretty standard issue potboiler-style novel that was popular in the 1970s & 1980s. Lots of sex, lots of smarmy characters, lots of mary-sues/gary-stus. Definitely Harold Robbins-esque. Also a LOT of characters to keep track of and everyone has an agenda. I can't really recommend it unless it's for a mindless beach read.

Too long and not very well written. Several times transitions were very choppy.

It was ok. It was a book that I used to take up time during airport delays and plane rides. Nothing to write home about.
