* Ardith hurts her knee again and has to have more surgery. Mary Ellen steps in as assistant coach for the cheerleaders, but Olivia causes problems when Mary Ellen says they can't do pyramids, and Jessica still has issues with her too about Patrick.
* Hope rescues an abandoned puppy, then a guy on a motorcycle called Tony offers to take care of it for her since her mother is allergic to dogs. Hope then starts dating Tony, but everyone tells her that he's a bad guy and she should stay away from him.
* Hope overhears a conversation about a theft about to take place from one of Patrick's vans. Hope and Tony both go to the police independently, and help to catch the criminals. Patrick then offers Tony a job.
* Hope isn't sure how she feels about Tony.
* Sean tries to set his dad up, because Kate's parents don't like her spending time at his place but it doesn't work out.
* The cheerleaders do a charity event where they teach kids cheerleading.

Love Mary Ellen having a main storyline again in this one and it causes a lot of conflict with her old squad and the new one but it’s a decent read.
