I thought I left it all behind; I thought I left HIM behind.
The arrogant, cocky jerk who lets his fists do the talking instead of his lips. The word “No” isn’t part of his vocabulary. His idea of fun involves breaking at least three different laws. Both the bane of my existence and the idol of my fantasies.

So imagine my surprise when I find out that my mom is about to marry his father.

Now he’s always around, practically naked as he flaunts his tattoo covered muscles in MY home, and peeling away my clothes bit by bit with his eyes…

I can’t let him get under my skin like this. I can’t let him push his way into my head. I can’t let his cocky grin tempt me into his bed.

I’m supposed to have a life far away from this town, far away from him.

So then how the hell did I end up here in his bed? Where the hell did my clothes go? And why the hell do I want more?

This is a full length standalone bad boy romance with a guaranteed HEA ending and NO CLIFFHANGER

Wasn't a bad story of old high school friends that wanted to be more but couldn't. Blue was held back for parsing Chelsea then because his demented and evil father would use her to make Blue do what he wanted. They were never step siblings since their parents didn't even get married since Chealsa's mother called it off and left when she found out her new beau used her older daughter by kidnapping her and hold her as collateral for Blue to fight in a death fight that his father had set up for some time ago. So much twists and turns.

Good read

I liked that the characters stayed consistent. The story line held my interest till the very end. No dull moments.

Was a good story, but why you ask did I only rate it 2 stars? The glaring typos that littered this book annoyed me! Damn, did anyone even proofread this?!
