This book had really shifted my view of both the amount and type of responsibility teachers and students have to create a successful classroom experience. Despite its brevity, I got more useful information and resources from it than almost any other education book I've read. I definitely recommend that any teacher worth their weight in worksheets read this book and discover a whole new perspective on their career.
