About the author

The Authoress BlaQue, nicknamed the BlaQue Angel because of the twisted and dark stories she weaves, was born and raised in the Washington, D.C. area where she currently resides with her son.
BlaQue began writing after reading several Donald Goines books and decided she would love to pen stories in the same gritty, fast-paced manner. After writing her first novel Dirty DNA and allowing several of her peers to read and critique her work, she decided to submit it to G Street Chronicles where in July 2012, she joined the ranks of some of the heaviest hitting authors in Urban Literature.
To date BlaQue has written across several genres, including erotic, street lit, thrillers and contemporary fiction including a highly anticipated collaboration with NeNe Capri entitled Diamonds, Pumps & Glocks.
Recently BlaQue started her own publishing companies, Pink Angel Publications (2014) and Fade 2 BlaQue Ink (2016) where she now self-publishes her own work. BlaQue is a jack of all trades and recently took on the role as agent to some high profiled clients.

Kassie a widow mother of 2 daughters and 1 son struggling trying to raise her children on her own.
Both daughters are totally out of control and now she has to deal with the issues that her son has gotten himself into.

WOW..talk about a dysfunctional family. The events in this book will definitely want to kept a secret within the family.

A friend text me to tell me Blaque had a new book out. I immediately had to read it.
I love her books with the dark and twisted storylines, and this book is definitely one.
Love the ( oh my gosh ) moments.

The characters are well developed. Characters that make you want to jump into the book and knock some sense into.

I loved the storyline. I didn’t see the ending coming. This book left me saying..what in the world…( really something else) but I can’t say in review (smile)

If you looking for a jaw dropping book to read this book is for you. This book still has my mouth open.
Oh my gosh this book was so good. Get ready for an EXCELLENT entertaining story. Grab you some popcorn and something to drink because you won’t want to put this book down.

Kassie was a single mom (widower) raising three kids the best way she knew how. The McKinny family is a dysfunctional family that is harboring so many secrets that it is eating them away at the core. Once the secrets start coming out of the woodworks, they will leave you speechless. BlaQue has penned yet another five star read that will keep you wanting more. The story had an open ending leaving you questioning whether or not there will be a part 2.

Listen this book was all that and some. I want more author BlaQue you just can't do this to me right now. Payback must come in some sort of way. Let me help you...best friend and son gang up for revenge..no no....son does it all by himself...no no...mysterious death...whichever one you chose is fine by me. That nasty creep must go. Excellent read people author BlaQue did the damn thing. Just give me a date for the next read let's say by Christmas lol.

Kassie and her family are the new face of dysfunctional relationships, add in crazy and dangerous and that pretty much sums up this book. This book will have you mad at how the children treat their mother to wanting to feel sorry for the whole family that seems to only be looking for love. Good read.

SECRETS !!!!!

Kassie smh smh I knew it was more to the story, her girls were off the chain ... Her son smh. Joel gonna burn in hell and deem will soon follow . What will happen to Tyvin the only surviving child? This was a good read it started slow but when it reached its peak oh my the drama unfolded ! Thank you
