I've been writing professionally for 24 years, as a journalist, novelist and now a non-fiction book writer.
My latest book, published in November 2015, is a career guide for journalism called How To Become A Journalist.
It is around 200 pages and is aimed at aspiring and trainee journalists. The book is available initially only on Amazon as a paperback or eBook.
In 2012 I published my first novel - Death Knocks and Deadlines.
It tells the story of a young trainee newspaper reporter and his trials and tribulations as he comes of age while getting to grips with a difficult new career.
I have tried to bring out the humour you find working in the industry and there is also a romantic strand running through the book. This is an eBook.
I also work as a PR consultant and specialise in promoting the work of new authors.
If anyone is interested in talking to me about this please do get in touch by email at nrennie157@gmail.com
