The Diary of a Side Chick
Side piece. Side chick. Other woman. She doesn't care what you call her--just as long as you know she belongs to him. Right now, she wants Tron, and she doesn't care that he's with someone else. The late-night secret booty calls keep her alive with passion and hunger--a hunger only Tron can feed. Desirae wants more - but Tron has been with his girlfriend for over three years, and he's not quite ready to jump ship. When his main starts getting suspicious, she'll do anything to catch her boyfriend with his pants down. Needs to be edited
The incomplete sentences bad grammar and lack of being edited made this book unable to complete. A lot of mistakes could have been easily found by simply using spell check. Just because it is advertised as a hood story doesn't mean you have to sound uneducated. Stop allowing the black community to be degraded by accepting sub par literature to be put out to the public. I've written and self edited better product. The story line was interesting but couldn't get past the grammatical errors.

This book was pretty terrible. There were typos in this books that I still dot know how it made it to the final print. All of the characters sounded the same not one had their own voice. Don’t waste your time reading this.

Even though this was a short read it got me through a day of boredom. I read this on my phone through the Kindle App. I would recommend this book to anyone. Great read!!

Did not finish
If it was possible to give a negative number for reviews, I would do so in a heartbeat. This book was just trashy and I don't mean that in a good way. I got about halfway through before I said enough is enough. There did not seem to be a real story involved, and the language seem to be a poor imitation of ghetto speak, a good deal of it lost as the reader tried to interpret what the characters were really trying to say. I don't think I can recommend this book to anyone.

Not a good read
I didn't this author writes horribly and between the grammar and all the errors it was even worse. I would not recommend this book to be read to anyone and will not be reading part 2 or any other book by this author

There's not much of a story going on here. Two women are fighting over a man. Actually, they're fighting over his penis as the rest of him is pretty useless. For a book barely over 100 pages, the word "shit" is used 293 times. I'm not pointing this out to be a prude, I'm just saying there are other words in the English language. A close second is "girl" which came in at 199.

1 word... awesome... This book had me stuck, it was pretty good. I love that it gives you the outlook from everyone's point of view. Even tho I could NEVER be a side chick.

A Page Turning Experience
This book was such a good read! I was fussed at the “side chick” the entire time throughout the book because she deserved so much more. I figured the ending would be as such but the book was worth each detail.

Most definitely a page turner

Interesting Read
The characters brought the drama. Though the topic is a sensitive one of infidelity, dishonesty and its consequences... there is reality represented. I was drawn in and enjoyed the read.

I really wanted this to exceed my expectations. While I applaud the author fur chasing her dreams and writing , this story just was not good.

Ok
Just ok read for me. Not enough drama. Most of the book consisted of tron having sex with his side check, it went on for pages and pages. I guess being the side chick is the new thing since so many authors entertain it. I have never been the side chick, but is that the mentality they really have that they think they r winning? Or that it must be something wrong with the main chick or the main chick is not doing something right. I couldn't c that as being true, sounds like he is a man who wants to have his cake and eat it too. It's funny how so many men scream loyalty and they expect loyalty for the people around them but they r not loyal to the person they sleep next to at night. That's a big contradiction. I don't know if I will read part two of this book. It was kind of boring. There was nothing to this book but sex. After a while that was boring too. I read books for drama and excitement. When I want sex I pick up a Zane book.

Side Chick Mentality
The storyline is good ,there were some grammatical errors however I won't complain because I got to read this book for free. While the author was able to hold my attention there is no way this book should have been drawn out to a four part series. I may purchase book 2 since the first book was free but I'm not paying for a total of 3 series. Doesn't take a genius to come up with any kind of ending you as the reader would like. I really wish the authors would cool it with these several series. Let it be 1 or even 2 @ best but these 3 & 4 series are overkill.

Good read
I was drawn in by the title because as a woman we sometimes find ourselves in compromising positions. The storyline kept me interested and I even went so far as to buy the next one in this series. My hope for the next one is that the grammar is better. There are so many errors in part one.

This was a pretty good read considering the download was free. It started pretty good but I felt there could have been more dramatic scenes between the two women. I didn't care for the ending and there were a lot of grammatical errors. Other than that, Book 1 was OK. I feel really sorry for Shawna...
