Light read, I do agree on importance of focusing fun events on team building, dispersing them throughout the year and ensuring they are during work time.

Having worked with many companies and particularly with Human Resources departments, I was thrilled to see a book recommending FUN as a critical component of corporate culture and organizational wellness. This book is action oriented and shows organizations how to replace the old-school (think office parties and picnics) expensive and ineffective approaches to providing "fun" at work with meaningful, inexpensive and high impact experiences. You can't lose with this book. It is short enough to feel light but has enough information to feel profound. Well done Fun Department!
