So, we're down to just one book left and I have to be honest, I cannot wait to see how this end. I want to believe in a HEA but am honestly wondering if two such shattered souls can find that happy ending. Or rather the happy ending I imagine for them. But with reality messing with this story, their happy ending might be - dare I say it - death? I hope not.
St John wonders about Stockholm syndrome and I have to say, as much as I hate Justice for being the despicable person he is, I want to understand that he has been made into this and therefore I hope he gets off easy - in whatever form that comes. (Did I just say that?)
Torture him!!! Make him die slowly and painfully!!!
This penultimate book in the series is just as gripping as its predecessors and there is a certain kind of satisfaction when some of the blood brothers get their comeuppance.

Did I miss something???

This was a confusing. It was like there were chapters left out and incidents that happened we were never made aware of. Abigail and st. John suddenly know each other's secrets? When did this happen?
I certainly never read it. Also she mentions her dealings with gray man and st. John isn't the least bit surprised. Now that right there should have caused a shirt storm. I noticed this in the other books too. On a previous installment suddenly they were talking about gray man like the reader should know him , when the character had never been introduced. At first I thought it was just that I missed something. But not so. Like I said, it was confusing and made the storyline difficult to follow.

This whole series is very graphic, violent, intense and in some ways quite scary reading. The women are pretty much property, treated badly and given no say in anything. There are things going on below the surface of this story, that are gradually starting to become clearer as it goes on. When you hear talk of biker gangs this is the type of thing I picture this hard, brash almost uncouth and unkempt men with foul language, thinking nothing of killing another just for a wrong look almost. Despite the violence, swearing and the abuse of women I have enjoyed this series, its dark and extremely edgy

Oh dear no! This is one of those moments when I curse myself for reading the book as soon as I get it.... because now I have to wait for book 5 and I just don't think I can take it! The savage souls are in turmoil with enemies seeming to be coming from all directions, even inside their own nation. James St. John seems to have finally picked his allegiance, Abigail is growing stronger by the day and as for the Blood Brothers.... is it wrong to be a little bit charmed by Justice? SFFS!

Oh it's all coming together...bring on the next

Ok, these endings are killing me. I can't turn the pages fast enough. I need to see what happens next. On the edge of my seat.

I have a cover for this book. How do I get it to Goodreads to replace their logo on this book? It deserves its rightful cover!
