This was such a sweet book written by a husband about his newly retired wife's new found love of sewing, which was really a love of her grandchildren. Lots of short stories where you can see the admiration and love he has for his wife. I really enjoyed how they were arranged throughout the year and shows the progression of her craft. I didnt finish the last two months, because I left the book for my mom. She is newly retired with a husband who loves and encourages her pursuits and I hope she finds something she enjoys just as much!

Very fun. I'm looking forward to being able to "hear" the needle turn dull.
