Having read Rebel a little over eight months ago, I'll be honest and say that I remember fuck all from that book. No joke. Gun to my head, I couldn't call up the slightest detail. Partly because I have the memory of a 90 year old, and partly because after a certain amount of waiting for a book to be released I begin to lose interest and emptying my brain of those details. Yes, yes, I know what you're thinking. So then why did you read this? Well, my judgy friend, because it's Callie fucking Hart. And if anyone can have me still panting for every release, it'd be her. And while I went into this book remembering barely anything, it took literary no time at all before I was thick in the middle of everything and recalling every detail. So I guess what I'm saying here, is don't worry if you forgot details, because the author does a fantastic job catching the reader up without being even a tiny bit redundant. Kudos to that.
The book starts with a flashback to Rebel in his life as Jamie. When he was a high society, son of an asshole millionaire businessman who could give a shit if he had a son. It really gives you that peek inside his mind to what started the chain of events that led Jamie to become Rebel. And let me tell you, it clicks so many things in place once you get that.
Then it takes you into the middle of the war that's currently going on between the Widow Makers and Hector Ramirez. Rebel tries his hardest to protect Sophia while his club and everything he stands for could be burned down in a blaze of blood and fire by the hands of a sadistic enemy. The story brings you into the midst of the MC and gives you all those gritty, bloody little details to begin driving the story to what's bound to be one hell of a conclusion in the third book.
And in the middle of all of this, you have Sophia. Taken, sold, bought, and kept as almost a prisoner, Sophia is now slowly beginning to come to terms of what her life is. She's struggling with her feelings for Rebel and what this will mean for her future. But while she's fighting an internal battle with her mind and heart, Rebel is very happy to put everything he has out on the open. And he's certainly not afraid to fight dirty to get what he wants...
This was a super fast read and not because it was short. It was super quick paced. Action packed, bloody, gritty, and incredibly sexy. Callie finally gives us that dark side that Rebel was hiding in the previous book. He let's that side of himself really come out and play and it's sure to set ovaries fluttering everywhere because holy mother of hotness!
There's a lot that happens in Rogue and yet you're still left with more questions than answers. I also appreciate the way that the author ends it because while it leaves you craving the next book desperately it's not an ending that will make you stabby. . While after that long wait I would have liked a little more, I was still left highly satisfied. It gave just enough to keep my interest and guarantee I'm desperate for the next book and never felt like it was needlessly stretched out or filler. Hopefully we won't have to wait another 8 months for the conclusion because I'm pretty sure I'd go nuts in that time. I need answers, dammit!

"Sophia is a game changer. I swore I would protect her..."
Rogue is the long awaited second book in the Dead Man's Ink Series. Every time I pick up a Callie Hart book I know I am in for an intense ride. She never fails to evoke heightened emotions and an overall "adrenaline kick" to my system. Rebel and Sophia fans will be thrilled to see the next part of their journey unfold.
The action in Rogue picks up directly where Rebel concluded. Sophia has decided to stay with Rebel instead of returning home to her family. Apart from physical attraction and a budding friendship, the two are at the beginning of their relationship. Without precedence set between the two, the boundary lines are drawn and both Rebel and Sophia must find common ground together.
"War isn’t always a loud, brash thing. Sometimes, it’s a car rolling slowly by the front of your house at night. Sometimes, it’s an anonymous call to the police. Sometimes it’s the head of a Mexican cartel showing up in small town New Mexico to make your life a living hell."
In addition to finding their way as a "new couple", they have outside forces pressing in on them from all sides. Rebel must maintain control of his Motorcycle Club, keep Sophia safe, contend with the Mexican drug cartel, and continue his search for vengeance for the death of his best friend's sister.
“You want me to fuck you hard or slow, Soph?”
The physical connection between Rebel and Sophia is like a fiery furnace. Sophia, although strong willed and full of independence, is quite innocent when it comes to the ways of men. Rebel has no qualms about teaching her everything there is to know about desire, submission, and everything in between.
"She doesn’t know it yet, but she’s the perfect sexual partner for me. I love to know how the girl I’m fucking is feeling; making a woman moan is the most basic but greatest pleasure in my life. I wouldn’t trade it for anything."
As the action in the plot continues to intensity, Sophia and Rebel transform into stronger individuals. Sophia becomes increasingly stronger and Rebel becomes more tender as his feelings for Sophia grow. The character development is quite strong, the action well paced, and the romance was authentic between Sophia and Rebel. Told in dual POV, Rogue is a powerhouse combination of passion and action that will keep you engaged the entire read!

Overall, I highly recommend Rogue to anyone who enjoys an intense read with extreme characters and explosive circumstances. When it comes to a Callie Hart read, put on your seatbelt and keep your arms and legs inside the ride at all times! As for Rebel and Sophia, I will be anxiously awaiting for the next installment in this series!

This is the second book in the 'Dead Man's Ink' series, a spin-off of the 'Blood and Roses' series. Picking up where 'Rebel' left off, 'Rogue' doesn't miss a beat. This book was action-packed and held my attention from start to finish.
Whereas 'Rebel' highlighted Sophia's kidnapping and life of captivity, 'Rogue' focuses on the changing relationship between Sophia and Rebel. The intimacy of their relationship grows exponentially. By the end of this book it becomes clear that Sophia is no longer Rebel's captive, but his girlfriend.
Meanwhile, the dangers associated with Rebel's lifestyle become ever more obvious. A war is brewing and anyone associated with the Widow Makers is at risk. As Rebel comes to terms with his love for Sophia, he wants nothing more than to keep her safe and protected...even if that means returning her to her family in Seattle.
Overall, I thought this was a fantastic story. I listened to the Audible version and the narration was great. It was a quick read also. I was able to finish the entire story (at 2x speed) while doing some housework yesterday.
Of course, if you've read the 'Blood and Roses' series already, then you will already know how things work out between Sophia and Rebel in the end. However, I'm enjoying every minute of their story, reveling in the details that I never knew before.
As I'm listening, I have to admit that my initial impression of Sophia couldn't have been more wrong. She isn't the selfish irresponsible girl that I had pictured when the story was told from Sloan's POV. She is strong and self-sacrificing. I love her feistiness and her compassion.
I am looking forward to the third book in the 'Dead Man's Ink' series. I will probably wait for the release of the Audible addition, so I can continue the series in the same format. Until then, I will be anxiously awaiting it's release.

3,75 "Something was missing" stars
Callie Hart is one of my favorite authors! She introduced me first to the dark side with her amazing and perfect Zeth Mayfair and I LOVE HER because of that!!!
But this series I have issues.. and I don't like that but it's ture. It's harder for me to connect with the characters like I did in Blood and roses series. Maybe there is not enough action or just not enough steam for me...
Although I have my thoughts about it!
In this book there more development of feelings between Rebel & Sophie . They finally admited theit true feelings for each other but not without a fight.
There are still people who want to hurt both of them. People who are preventing them of have their happiness.
Everyday is a struggle for them. The war between the Widow makers and Hector Ramierz is a deadly race and only one of them will come out alive. The games these men play, the constant battle...
When it comes to Rebel and Sophie and their relationship.. they have both bad and good moments. They are stuggling with what they feel. They both are scared and excited at the same time. They are both stubborn and badass.
We see Rebel in a new light. He shows he dark side. The one that he don't let on surface much. He is willing to give his life in order to save and protect Sophie .
Sophie is still the badass chick I remeber her to be. She is scared for her life everyday. But she can't deny the feelings she got for her protector. They clicked together and besides their bickering, she cared about Rebel 's life more than she thought.
She is in constant battle between leave him or stay with him..
She miss her family but with Rebel she feels alive. She feels protected and secure despite all the obstacles.
I had issues because for me nothing much different happend than the other book. It was a little slow, a little confusing and sometimes boring.
I really hate that DEA agent who found place in every book and is bitchy as always!!!
This series my not be my favorite but I will continue reading it because I believe in Callie Hart's brilliant writing and I believe I might love the next one!!!

At the end of Rebel, we know the Widow Makers are on the precipice of a war with the Mexican cartel and possibly with the Desolladors Cartel. With Hector’s show of violence, Rebel moves to defend his club and to seek vengeance for those he’s lost; however, he didn’t expect a full out assault in his own backyard.
In Rogue, the relationship between Rebel and Sophia continues to grow in such amazing ways. Rebel is a unique and devastatingly sexy man. He is the Widow Makers President, a MIT graduate, a former Marine, the son of a Governor and a southern boy from Alabama. Did I mention that he drives a Ducati Monster too? Well, Rebel is the entire package – a bad boy exterior with tattoos and a bad ass attitude, but he wears an expensive suit like it’s his second skin. Rebel has no qualms about speaking his mind whether he is acting as Club Prez or telling Sophia the absolute truth.
“I’ll risk my freedom and every last cent I own. I’ll risk the sun and the moon, and the wind on my face. But not you, Soph. I’ll never risk you.”
Sophia has been thrown into this new chaotic world and is trying to process all her feelings. For a woman who witnessed a murder, was abducted and man-handled by heinous men, Sophia proves she has a strong constitution. She is so attracted to Rebel yet she doesn’t know how to react to these visceral feelings she has toward him, but with Rebel’s tenacity she slowly learns how to show her feelings and how to trust him with her body. Rebel is one dirty talker and he pours on the sugar to make Sophia (and me) swoon in a big way.
“I’ll fuck you raw, Soph. I’ll make you forget what it was like to be with any other man. I’ll ride you so hard, you won’t remember your own name. I’ll be the only thing tethering you to this earth. My sheets will be soaked with your come every single damn night for the rest of your sublime existence. This I promise you.”
From the moment Sophia makes her decision, she and Rebel are a team, along with the Widow Makers. While you know what you get with Rebel (and you get a lot), Sophia starts to evolve into her own person rather than standing in the shadow of her sister. When reading the Blood & Roses series, I always wondered why Sophia didn’t want to return home as Alexis, but you get to understand a little more as to why she chooses to stay with Rebel. I really enjoyed reading her transformation.
For those familiar with Callie Hart’s writing, she is a master of spinning action and hot sex in a substantive plot and this series is no different. From the first page, the tension starts to mount and you become absorbed in the world of Rebel! I absolutely love the alternating point of view chapters because such viewpoints enable complex character development. In addition to Rebel and Sophia, the secondary characters, especially Cade, add another layer to the story. Honestly, I cannot say enough good things about book two of the Dead Man’s Ink series. While reading, I am just smiling at the sexy words that Rebel says and I want to high five Sophia for being so strong. So, if you want an exciting story with captivating characters with fast paced action, this book is for you!

Callie Hart... it’s official you have wrote one of my favorite couples ever. In this second installment of the The Dead Man’s Ink Series Callie Hart picks off where she last off in Rebel and has thrown readers on a whirlwind of intensity, drama, and of course passion in Rogue.
Rebel and Sophia are at a standstill in their relationship. The sexual tension is in the air and it was only a matter of time till the walls around Sophia guarded heart begins to crumble and she is affected by Rebel. Soon, she begins to let go and submit to him when they both discover that this thing between them is serious. As Sophia begins to trust Rebel with her heart, body and soul, what happens when danger comes knocking on their door? And what happens when Sophia is attacked, will she ever be the same as she enters in this new life with Rebel? Will she embrace the MC lifestyle or will Rebel let her walk away?
I completely devoured Rogue. More like inhaled this second installment because I couldn’t get enough of Rebel and Sophia. These two had this magnetizing energy and raw chemistry that was so tangible that each action, words exchanged, and touch was brimming off the pages. Their love spoke volumes and was a force to be reckon with. And so if you want to continue on this raw, gritty, and intense journey with Rebel and Sophia, then I highly recommend you to read this book. Trust me when I say that Callie Hart will having you begging for more of Rebel.

full review for both books toumorow, just a quick word abought the ending its HFN reletionship wise, but the main conflict isnt resolved, though one of the main villains bites it fortunatly,so first things first, this book has no cheating,hero is almost always straight forward with the heroine and only once hides stuff from her, but for her own good and too protect her and Rebel is even more protective in this book, not letting anyone hurt, or indenger Sophia and almost killed two villains, who threatened her,but whats even more great in this book is that Sophia kills Raphael and he dies horribly and gets his punishment for all he did,i like reletionship between Sophia and Rebel and that he gives, her a choice and doesnt push her into anything untill she is ready, the sex scines are hot ,especially the scissors one ,so panty droping, i also like it that, though its a second book in the siries it ends with both charecters being safe, in love and Sophia making her own fully thought out dissission,the villains are realy crazy Hector, who kills wouman horribly, without a blink and manipulated Rebel, by saying the most horrible things abought Soph ever, is right up there with the sickest villains,Joseph from The Estate siries,Marco Escape from Paradise, Rafiq Dark Duet, Sick and smart and manipulative,you never know what he is realy planning, Maria Rosa the scariest most powerful female villain and killer and sick Raphael, plus theres Julio, who im shere id find a very sick human trafficker after reading Blood and Rossess.Rogue is defenetly hotter, than Rebel with more charecter development, we even learn more abought Cade, who is a very complex charecter in need of his own book, after much thought i desided ill have Rebel instead off Zeth, I have a feeling i know Rebel better and i love his sence of humour also even, though his yet not as kinky, hell get there and his still a dirty talker and master in the bedroom and you can see his kinky side in this book,also his not taken by any of my GR friends as far as i can tell and i love me dark eyed blue eyed muscular man

WHEWWWW! I gotta say, I think Rebel is giving Zeth a run for his money in terms of my favorite Callie Hart book boyfriend! Rebel is one of the most smooth talking bikers I have ever read about and you can tell that he absolutely ADORES Sophia. I love a sexy alpha with a soft side!
This book was sexy and action packed and heartbreaking and funny...I can keep going forever!
I seriously cannot wait to see what comes next in this series.

Firstly, I have a confession to make. I couldn't for the life of me, remember what happened in book one and having no time to re-read I began to panic, thinking I wasn't going to know what was going on. Well quite honestly it didn't make the slightest bit of difference.
One line.......One line from Rebel was all it took to turn this book from brilliant to, dare I say, the hottest book I've read for a while. Quite honestly the man is sex personified. He's just the right amount of badass, incredibly protective, highly intelligent, seriously good looking from all accounts and that filthy mouth of his is enough to turn a nun. I, quite frankly need a Rebel in my life, preferably in a horizontal position, but I'm really not fussy **wink wink**. The man just is the perfect package.
In the same way one line took this book to a whole new level, another line was all it took for everything from book one to come flooding back to me, a bit like a eureka moment.
Now I know I loved the first book, but this one was something else and once again Callie has tied up just enough loose ends, but leaves others dangling to make you want more. I'm also going to be quite controversial, I imagine when I say this, but I'm almost certain that this series just has the edge on The Blood & Roses series, or at the very least Rebel has the slightest margin over Zeth. But to be fair, I'd take either of those hotties.
I know I'm going to be thinking about this book for a while and the only bone I have to pick is that it has possibly ruined me for any future reads, because right now I'm just a little too obsessed with the rogue that is Rebel.

Don't know what to say, Rogue was an incredible five star read. At times the storyline got me hotter then a sexed up man on Viagra! The intense storyline steamed rolled page after page with non stop action! Yes my friends there will be blood, Ramirez, Dela Vega's blood along with several of the Widow Maker's MC. You want major badass look no further, Rebel has plenty of scores to settle and he's willing to do just about anything in the name of revenge!

It took me about a month to finish this book. I picked it up several times, but it was hard grasping my attention.
I’m disappointed I didn’t like this one as much as everyone did. I’m not sure why. I found mostly the book boring, except for a few scenes. I think the few scenes kept me reading, but overall, I found myself stop reading because of the slow parts.
Sophia and Rebel are continuing to work on their relationship. I like that they are together and it is kind of me against the world kind of book, but oh man, does the author know how to drag out the story. It took a good chunk of the book before we got anywhere.
I’m not fully sold on the idea of Sophia and Rebel. I just don’t see it and it’s a shame. I think Sophia is pretty ordinary and she can be frustrating at times, likes to complain a lot. I find Rebel kind of meh. I don’t really see him as a leading Hero. He was in the military and went to MIT? It’s so out there, what other traits can you tack on?
On top of that, the huge part of the book is the MC politics. I really didn’t care for that and I think that is what I found boring.
Overall, I was pretty underwhelmed with the book. I’m not sure if I continue the series. If I do, I might do an audio version since I tend to like slower books in audio format.

As I said while reading the Blood & Roses series I just love this author. Her writing, the flow and story line are just awesome. I love the fact that I can get totally lost in her books. Rebel has fast become one of my favorite H's, he is everything I love. He won't hesitate to kill but loves those that are close to him and the way he is with Sophia makes him my favorite. Sophia is the perfect h for Rebel and what makes her awesome is that she isn't trying to be some super badass. She's becoming one. Can't wait to read more.

In book one Rebel melted my heart in book two I totally bought into his charm and I’m a goner. I love him, his strength, loyalty and drive. The way he won’t stop at nothing to cherish and protect, he would go any length to keep safe what’s his using any means necessary to reach his goal.
I’ll risk my freedom and every last cent I own. I’ll risk the sun and the moon, and the wind on my face. But not you, Soph. I’ll never risk you.”
Sophia is slowing coming to terms with her feelings, she’s still pushing, trying to live in denial, but she soon realises there is no escape from Rebel, her true self demands to come alive, to finally be what she was always meant to be.
I don't know what to make of this crazy, infuriating, ridiculously hot man. He drives me absolutely insane.
I’m totally invested into this story, Ms Hart created a page turner I can’t seem to put it down because I need to see what happens next. The plot thickens, enemies show their cards and it’s not a pretty or fair game they’re bringing. Trust is fragile, dangers is near, Rebel must be ready to fight this battle for the war that’s coming ahead isn’t going to be over soon, blood needs to be shed to cleanse and purge this hideous mess brought about by rival gangs and criminals.
This isn’t over, motherfucker. It’s only just begun.

why the hell it took me sooooo long to read this series....
after kati whylde now callie hart is my favourite author of strong mc alpha men and kickasss heroine author...and I will stalk her books to the end...
just wow...rebel aka jamie is one hell of the strong furious and protective cocky bastard alpha...and soph aka alexis is just anadorable kickass heroine....
story of the book is ordinary but man the way author telling it by her words is just seem the book splendid.....with excellent character development and excellent flow of suspense this book took my breath ....

REBEL IS BACKKKK!!!
I have been waiting oh so eagerly for this and maybe not so patiently. Was it everything I wanted? It was. Did it disappoint me? No. But I do have some things I need to mention.
THE POSITIVES
Well Rebel and Sofia are absolutely brilliant characters, and Callie never fails with that. Rebel is as sexy as he was in the first book. Actually no, he was crazy sexy in this book and it was just unreal. And I think what makes him even more special, is that even though he's alpha, and he's very alpha don't get that twisted, but he wears his heart on his sleeve. He knew what he wanted from Sofia, and he wasn't afraid to show it. And it was just nice to read about a male like that.
And Sofia, what a little piece of dynamite she was. There were times she grated my last nerve but I did have to step back and remember her situation, and understood why she reacted a certain way. But I really thought she was a great female! I thought she was pretty perfect for Rebel. I loved seeing her feisty side, and I loved seeing her give herself over to Rebel.
i loved the sweet moments these two had, as well as hot moments too. I also loved seeing the storyline of how Rebel and Sofia came to be was good to finally see. I can see it coming along slowly but surely. There was also some super crazy moments where I was like damn what the hell is happening here?
THE NEGATIVES
To be honest there aren't many at all. Just a few niggling feelings. The first 20% or so, I feel like it kind of dragged and I could feel myself thinking okay when is the good bit? I also wish it was longer, but that's my own selfish reasons. That's literally it lol.
Take a chance on this series. Callie Hart bought me Zeth Mayfair and he is yet to be topped so I will always always read what she writes. And I wait with bated breath for the third instalment.

(Spoilers a head) This is book two in the Dead Man's Ink Series and a spin off series of the Blood and Roses series. Rebel is the president of the Widow Makers Motorcycle Club and he has a war on his hands first Hector show up at his fathers house in Alabama kills one of the servants because she was bought by Rebel and set free. I really didn't like his father he was a selfish SOB that only thought of himself. I have loved Rebel since he showed up in the Blood and Roses series I mean what's not to love a hot tattoo biker. It was good to hear how he and Sophia fell in love I knew from the other series that they got married. Rebel, appreciated that Sophia could hold her own with him with no problem. He needed a strong woman to stand by him and Sophia proved just how strong a person she was. I also liked that Rebel was sure of his feelings for Sophia and I liked that he gave her time to sort out her feelings for him and he didn't try to rush her into something that she wasn't ready for. The book did lack a little of the action that I am use to when reading Ms. Hart's books that's not to say that I didn't enjoy reading this book. I also liked the fact that Sophia killed Raphael the man that she witnessed killing Rebel's uncle she was smart and she didn't give up. The sex scene's between these two were hot although not as hot as Zeth and Sloan. This book was well written like all of Ms. Hart's books with no errors in grammar or spelling. I am looking forward to reading the next book in this series.

Rogue is book two in the Dead Man's Ink Series and is not a standalone novel. After months of waiting, we finally have more to Rebel and Sophia's story.
I'm prefacing this review by saying that Callie Hart has been one of my favorite dark romance/suspense authors since I began my reading journey. Book one in this series, Rebel held my attention and kept me on the edge of my seat. Rogue was the complete opposite for me. It's a very short novel and it took me almost three days to read which is very uncommon for me. It was very slow moving for me, story-wise. I just felt like something was missing.
Rebel and Sophia's volatile relationship reaches a new level when they declare their true feelings for each other. Their love is true and great. I really enjoy their relationship. And the sex is hot.
I just felt that the rest of the story was very slow and a lot more of the same. Maybe because we know of the same villains from Callie's Blood & Roses series? It's roughly the same timeline. I just felt bored with it and had a hard time finishing. With that said, I'm not discounting thus experience. I believe in Callie's writing abilities and am committed to the story and her future works.

Another fantastic book featuring Rebel and Sophia, this starts with us getting a look at how just hateful Rebels father has always been, and his and Laura's relationship starts to become a little clearer. With Sophia still on the run and Rebel determined to protect her, it doesn't take long before Rebel finds himself going on the offensive. As the war between The Widow Makers and several other parties escalates, the relationship between Sophia and Rebel intensifies. I honestly thought when i started this series that there was no way Callie Hart could ever beat the Blood & Roses series, but she has. This book is full of action, suspense, plenty of hotness with some sweetness (in the form of Rebel) thrown in, and if you're like me you will inhale every single word and be left begging for more. Another brilliant instalment from not only one of my favourite authors but what is one of my favourite series too.

I just could't do it, read it with all my attention I mean...I skimmed this one so hard and won't be continuing. The author just couldn't make me feel anything for any of the characters. While Rebel had redeeming qualities (baiting Sophia was the best) he is SO not the biker, and especially not the tough, alpha leaders I am used to reading. Sophia, well I have three words to describe her...petulant, prissy prude. This was just absolutely and completely not a book for me.

I'm enjoying Alexis and Rebel's story, but something's missing here....
I don't know what it is, but it's definitely missing.
Maybe all the "fame" and "badassery" (yep, I don't even know if that's a real word) of Rebel, the cold killer, that was portrayed in Blood and Roses series, made me expect A LOT more of him.
But he's just a cinnamon roll with great manners, in love with the pretty girl.
It's a good story, but I expected more, especially of him.
I don't know what it is, but it's definitely missing.

This is the second book in the Dead Man’s Ink series, and it picks up pretty much straight after the end of the first, Rebel. Like its predecessor, this book is dark and gritty yet emotional, with great character development and a passionate love story that grows in depth and intensity. It’s well-written and fast paced, and I really enjoyed the ride.
Sophia and Rebel are together – she has decided that against all the odds, she wants to be with him, and this book is a consolidation of their relationship as they face impending war with a violent and deadly cartel that is responsible for the human trafficking ring that had such a devastating impact on both of their lives. Written in dual POV, we get up close and personal with all that Sophia and Rebel are going through, because in deciding to be together, both of their worlds have been completely flipped upside down.
Sophia has given up everything to be with the man that she is coming to love. Her life has been fairly sheltered up until this point, living in the shadow of her successful older sister, so adjusting to Rebel’s lifestyle and the danger that he constantly lives is a huge shift for her. And I loved watching her really come into her own in this book. I love the strength she shows in choosing what she wants from her life as she marches straight into Rebel’s world with her shoulders back and her head held high, determined to stand by the man that affects her like no other.
OMG, Rebel!!! I love him so much! We get a little bit more insight into his past and why he has made the decisions that he has made, and you can’t help but admire his courage and his determination to do what he feels is right as he seeks vengeance for those that he has loved and lost. Sophia was somebody that he was never expecting, but rather than being a stand-off-ish broody asshole, he welcomes her into his life with open arms. He doesn’t hide who he is or any part of himself from her, and I absolutely love that about him. He is open and honest with her, and I love how he embraces everything that is happening between them

For the first time, Rebel has met a woman with the backbone to stand up to him and make his life interesting, but in return she’s happy to let him take the reins in the bedroom so that he can get the submission that he craves. They are true partners and their dynamic is fantastic, giving us lots of sexually-charged encounters, deep and meaningful conversation and hot as hell sexy time! And beneath it all is a strong emotional connection that is really nicely explored.
But while Rebel and Sophia are finding their way forward together, the chaos of his world is about to land, literally, on their doorstep. And as we delve deeper into the Widowmakers MC, the danger is brewing to what is sure to be an explosive final instalment.
I’m really enjoying this series. It’s set before the events of the Blood & Roses series, and even though I know where the story is going to go, I’m intrigued by how it’s all happening, and the added details that add so much depth to the overall story.
I listened to this as an audiobook, and the narration is fantastic. I was lucky enough to receive a free copy of this book but went and bought the kindle ebook and the audio just so that I could listen to it – because it’s that good.
This is a quick read, and the story moves at a great pace with lots of action, excitement, danger, violence, drama, sex and romance. It ends in a good place, but I’m still keen for more and I’m going straight on to the next book.

I’m really enjoying this series. It’s set before the events of the Blood & Roses series, and even though I know where the story is going to go, I’m intrigued by how it’s all happening, and the added details that add so much depth to the overall story.
I listened to this as an audiobook, and the narration is fantastic. I was lucky enough to receive a free copy of this book but went and bought the kindle ebook and the audio just so that I could listen to it – because it’s that good.
This is a quick read, and the story moves at a great pace with lots of action, excitement, danger, violence, drama, sex and romance. It ends in a good place, but I’m still keen for more and I’m going straight on to the next book.
