I have bought this book for grands and now a great grand. My first experience with Peggy Joyce Ruth was the Military version in a Bible study group in Hamilton Tx. This is where I really became active in praying for my family. Real meaningful praying. I am so grateful God put it on your heart to write.
I won this book through GoodReads First Read program.
This is a book which goes through each verse of Psalm 91 and discusses its meaning. It also gives stories of God acting in a person's life that coincides with that verse or part of that verse. Psalm 91 is a prayer of protection. I had read the Psalm 3-4 times in my life and had never thought in depth about it. This book will get you to do that.
It is written for teens but I think it applies to everybody. I saw in the back where there are other books on Psalm 91 by the same author written for other categories of people such as mothers.
I really enjoyed the testimonials about God actively working in people's lives-protecting them from evil. I will try to find a teenager to give this book to. I was fascinated a whole book could be written on one Psalm.
This is a devotional that used Psalm 91 for teenagers. Whether you are a teenager or older this is a devotional that you can use. Psalm 91 is one of my favorite . It makes a great pray. IT also reminds you that God's shield is your protection . It is a great way to take a verse a day and really think about it and read a little inspirational story or example. It will be used over and over again. I received my copy thru Goodreads First-reads giveaways.
