such a cute book, everyone should read. It was a bit obvious at times but I don’t think that’s negative. We should all be reminded to be positive towards the little things that matter :)
This is a really lovely book with quotes that make your day feel so much better. It is small but inside it has so much and it is really really inspiring. I would recommend it for teenagers and to read it in the morning or before bed so you can get inspired for the day and you can also reflect.
I accidentally found this book when looking for something else. It was perfect for my pop-sugar reading prompt "A book by an author whose first and last names start with the same letter". I am not going through any sort of depression, so this book was alright for me. But I imagine it's great for people going through an unhappy phase. The color is very calming and the notes are short. The tips are basic, meant as a quick pick me up. I wish the quotes and proverbs were better organized, going with the theme of the upcoming note.
This book was a bit disappointing to be honest. I've read '' The Little Book Of Comfort '' and can't help but to compare these two books. This book doesn't have the kind of tips and tricks I am looking for. A lot of things I already know, things that most people already know.
I think I'll try one more of these '' The Little Book Of... '' books by Lucy Lane to give them a fair chance. If the next one disappoints as well I'll do my research elsewhere.
Ikke lige så god om the little book of comfort, for jeg synes nogle af rådene var lidt underlige og malplacerede. Jeg bliver ikke mere positiv af at sove i pænt sengetøj eller spise nok B-vitamin (der er virkelig mange kostråd). Rådene var lidt for overfladiske til at jeg tænker man generelt bliver mere positiv af det.
I read this book in one go whilst having a rubbish day and although it has some really nice quotes which help put things into perspective, it's far from revolutionary. That been said, it did improve my mood and remind me of a few changes I can make and also of the small things that can make a difference to our every day mood.
Cute book. As someone who has not read a book in years and is looking to just be a more productive person, the process of reading this book helped me to lift my spirits. I love how it covers most aspects of wellbeing, and although some tips are obvious, sometimes it’s nice to be reminded of the easy things you can do to feel good.
Love picking up this book whenever I feel down or stressed or feel like crying. Although there is nothing quite like talking to my best friend, this comes a close second (especially seeing as she gave it to me!). Full of positive quotes and messages, perfect book!
I find this series of books very calming & relaxing - some tips etc really interesting although as I read more of the books I notice that the same quotes & tips crop up in various forms throughout the books
I hate to be negative about a book about positivity but this book is a "meh" at its best. It's definitely cute and calming but most quotes sound very repetitive. Lightened my mood a little but but not memorable enough.
This little book on positivity is a read that I tried to do while in dual weilding the brain mode. This is the first book I did this experiment on. Anyway, the book highlights a lot of quotes, advice and the sunny side after the rain.
As someone who suffers from mental health, I’m always looking for ways to remain positive when my days are dark. This book fulfilled that need with incredible quotes and really interesting tips!

Short and precise. It has an abundance of positive quotes and overall it can be seen as a step by step guide to bring positivity in your life. I enjoyed reading it and appreaciated every exemple provided in order to support the advice given.
I had fun when I finished this book in two days. The tips for being positive in the book is really helpful . I highly recommend it because it's so easy to read.
