Living with Vampires
This novel, over 900 pages long, could easily have been 2 novels, just couldn't find the perfect place to break it without leaving the readers hanging, and I don't like an unfinished story. All the characters from the previous novels are included, and a few new ones. This story does contain some light BDSM. Enjoy…
She forced herself to look away from the awesome marine views and scanned the rest of the area around them. Dare had told her she should always do that first but being ADD she’d gotten distracted. Then again she was pretty sure that she was safe with Hunter, despite the fact that he’d already killed her once….
They were standing on top of an old abandoned military bunker. You wouldn’t have known unless you walked to the edge and looked down onto the cement courtyards, numerous large brick decks and stairways leading to rooms and hallways below them. She looked around again then floated herself after Hunter down the narrow steep stairs to the open courtyard beneath them.
“I totally would have hung out here when I was a kid,” she said as she followed him inside exploring the different rooms and long hallways. Several of the rooms had bars on the windows and huge sliding steel doors which the park had secured opened so nobody would become trapped inside. “What a great place to get high,” earned her a disapproving glare from The-Hunter-Of-All-Things-Illegal.
“What?” Kylie propped her hands on her hips, “You do know that it’s now legal to smoke weed in this state? You know that right? The voters have spoken.”
Hunter was silent a moment then said very calmly, “It’s a gateway drug.”
Kylie ignored him because…he was right. She wrapped her fingers around one of the thick cold bars on a small window. “Wow, imagine, someone may have actually been locked up in here once upon a time, that’s pretty creepy. It’s so small.”
Hunter nodded remembering his midnight visits to some of those who’d been locked up back in the day when it was an active military base. Then there were those he brought here, which were much more recent throughout the last decades of his Guardian’s summoning.
He decided against telling her that he’d killed in the very spot in which she now stood. Now was not the time to make her think about death – by his hand. As he started out of the room he heard her ask.
“So do you bring all your dates here?”
He stopped, turned to her with a smile in his eyes. She was cute but she wasn’t going to cut him any slack. “See that heavy ring attached to the wall over there?”
“Yeah.”
“The last woman I brought here found herself chained to that ring.”
Kylie looked from Hunter to the ring and back without moving her head.
As she contemplated whether he was into kinky feeding habits, BDSM or maybe he just enjoyed killing women, Hunter answered her question. “She was a target and I needed some intel’,” he turned and began walking ahead of her again leaving the rest unsaid. He’d walked about ten paces before he added casually, “Although if you’re interested in trying a walk on the wild side I’m sure I could be accommodating – I have a very strong feeling you could use some discipline in your life.”
“Whatever,” came out sharp and sarcastic, obviously he was reading her mind. She’d normally have winced at hearing her quick acerbic retort but she was too busy thinking of possibilities.

Vampire Guardians is a great series.
I have enjoyed all four books of the Vampire Guardians series but book #4 is by far my favorite. Each book just gets better and better. I can't wait to be able to read book #5.

Love this series!!
I have really enjoyed the Vampire Guardians series. Living with Vampires is the longest book so far in this series and it is definitely a long book!!! I've read some of the reviews that remarked on the length of "LWV" but it wasn't a problem for me because I felt like I was visiting with old friends and making new friends along the way. The story didn't lag or become boring to me because there is always something happening. If you like paranormal romance with very hot/erotic scenes? You will love this series but start at the beginning for most enjoyment since the H and h will appear in the next book. Only problem I've had with this series is the H will say something and if he decides he doesn't want h to remember it he will just erase it from her memory!!! (There is also a great deal of violence in this one as one of our favorite female vamps gets abducted and tortured 😖)

A must read for every vampire lover.
Once again Jody Offen has written a fantastic story. It's believable and funny and passionate and filled with love and suspense and action and surprises. The storytelling was fantastic. I loved every page of this book. Every vampire and human had personality galore. I would have to say that these vampires are just as fascinating as the twilight gang. I highly recommended this book to anyone who loves a really great vampire story.

Loving these books
I am loving these books. I would definitely recommend reading them in order, she just manages to pull you right into the story. I'm not going to lie, the past 2 nights I have dreamt about these books in such great detail.. it's amazing. I don't even know what to say, I love these books and if I can have them in paperback, I will buy them.

Love Love Love
Best story I've read in a long time. Yes, there are typos, get over it. It doesn't negate from the story. Well developed characters, well written story, and not a quick read (finally a substantial read!). I pray there's more. I hope it never ends. I want to be 80 years old reading Vampire Guardians Book 482!

Great book
I read the whole series, really enjoyed it all. This book #4 was so much fun to read. I pretty much read non-stop. The humor was very enjoyable. This series is for a mature 18+ group.

Book 4 in the Vampire Guardian series = another great one from author Jody Offen. This series just keeps getting better . Great characters and plot couldn't put this one down.

Well written storyline. Moves along well, characters are given depth and complexity. They interact with other characters smoothly! Grammar needs some work - punctuation, spelling errors on simple words (wrong form of the word in most instances). I found it difficult to stop reading once I had started.

Wow
Let me just start by saying this book in my opinion is the best in the series so far don't get me wrong the first few hundred pages was a bit long winded especially when it comes to Kylie and hunter which was a big disappointment there was no romance between these too just a physical relationship even though there soul mates hope in the next book that is sorted out apart from that let me just say wow from the moment Kylie gets kidnapped I literally couldn't put my kindle down there was just so much going on and the author did an amazing job my emotions was all over the place I even shed a tear at one point I love the old and the new characters in the series and can't wait for the next book I actually growled at my kindle when I turned the page and it said the end I would absolutely recommend this series and you need to start at the beginning or you'll feel lost this book is definitely worth 5 stars just hope it's not a long wait for book 5 because I'm hooked lol xxx

I love the storyline but....
This is an amazing series. I absolutely love how ms offen built this supernatural world of vampires, lycan and witches! I however, do have a bit of trouble with the chauvinism of the males in this book. I understand that most alpha males are protective and have a "mine" attitude. But it was very suppressing in the way the women were treated. If the female had sadness, anger, or a opposing thought they were "glamored" to be compliant or put to sleep! Although the men cherish them i dont think scaring or intimidation is the way. I would have given 5 stars had i not been a little soured by this aspect of the storyline. I have enjoyed getting to know all the characters and can't wait for the next book. I just hope that the men learn a little more respect toward the opinions of their females!

ABSOLUTELY STELLAR SERIES BY JODY OFFEN
If you haven't already picked up this series by ALL MEANS CHECK OUT!! You're going to LOVE IT ! I'm SOOOO RECOMMENDING THAT YOU PICK UP AND I ABSOLUTELY KNOW YOU'RE GOING TO LOVE IT TOO!! The whole cast of characters,whether main or supporting are marvelously multifaceted ,dialogues will continuously bring chuckles,drama will have you wanting to read what happens next,the sexually charged scorching scenes(BDSM too) will turn up the Heat Factor,and the wonderfully detailed information written storyline is the final step in this perfect well rounded series. Each book can be a standalone but I ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND YOU PICK UP THIS ENTIRE SERIES!! I know I will be rereading this whole series again and again,it's just that GREAT!

Living with Vampires is a great read.It helps to read them in order since a lot of the characters are carried over to next book. I can't wait til I read the next book !!!😀
I would recommend this book to any person over the age of 18 due to adult sexual content. I have it 5 stars because it kept my interest the whole way thru. I'm not really a fan of whips, chains, and dungeon play during sex but the author's writing helps to explain why for one character it's almost therapeutic. I loved this book! The character's are well written and the plot flows seamlessly from beginning to the end.This book explains why the main character ,Dare, is the way he is.He goes from Vampire Guardian Assassin to Earth Bound Angel ! Thanks for reading my first review ever !!!

So unusual to find a good long read.
I have given this book a 5. Its a bit jumpy, but recovers well. Takes the reader through several relationships with the group of characters as a whole. Why they are and behave the way they do. The complete series is a long read. this book is 900 pages long. So the ending of the book could lead to further journeys for the characters. Its a nice change to find a series of books that are long enough to be interesting. Im a bit fed up of finding novels that are short and empty. This novel is definately not empty of characters and wit.

LOVE THIS BOOK!!!
I wish I could give this book more star's! I've read the other books and this was the BIG one. I absolutely loved all the characters! Crazy, weird, funny, snarky and loveable all wrapped up in vampire, lycan form. I cried and I laughed with this story. But the love these Guardians have for not only their mates and family but each other is awesome. This definitely is another take on the vampire story and it's a real good one! One thing though I kinda feel sorry for Dare sometimes!

Loved, loved, loved!
I didn't want this story to end! I really fell in love with all the characters, although I have to say Dare got on my nerves quite a bit.. guess I have a hard time accepting the bossing around, kinda like bullying to me. Lol other then that the story was awesome. Hoping there will be more..

Great read!!!
I really enjoyed book 4. I couldn't put it down. I loved each character especially Dare. Dare is so badass. I'm hoping for book 5 which would be about getting revenge for Kylie & maybe more about Angel of Death. Thanks for sharing your world with me. I could totally be a citizen.

Enjoyed reading
This is not my normal type of reading but I enjoyed all the alpha vampires. This story was good, it gave a conclusion to most all of the Characters from the previous books.

I love this book. I read all of the books on this series. It was like I was there living their life. Jody out done herself when she wrote this books. I hope she comes out with book 5.

Awesome!
One of the best vampire books that I have read to date. Loved the characters(all of them) and I loved the story. Hope that you have another book coming out to include Blake, I will love seeing what you do with kid character. Definitely a must read!
