A good book that covers in-depth psychological analysis of stage fright and its cures.

Author starts with explaining why humans encounter fear due to their brain wiring which helped them to survive millions of years and why it is a good thing. Then, he progress through the research and preparation stages of a speech and finally focuses on the delivery.

I did the audio book version during a drive to Florida & back. It is well worth your time and money as I wanted my 'significant other' to absorb the lessons.
