Pecking Order: the Mistress, the Master & the Maid
Henry is the new farm hand at Master Brown’s Estate. This is a polygamist community in the old west, and Master Brown is powerful, with several wives and wealth to spare. Henry will need to get to work and fit in as best he can. He must also navigate the sexual appetites normal in a red-blooded young man.
He quickly discovers that his duties will include pleasing the strict Mistress. She pops up with her sister-wives, riding crop in hand, expecting service and satisfaction from Henry, but on her terms, not his.
Henry will also need to learn the ropes from Jeremiah Brown, his mature and attractive employer. Master Brown may have no interest in his wives, but he has great deal of interest in Henry, his well-built and handsome new worker.
And what shall be done with lusty Gertrude, the bosomy dairy-maid, who seems to have Henry’s interests in mind as long as he gets her off to her satisfaction?
Across this sinful landscape Henry can’t seem to find a way to discard his virginity. He’s expected to please everyone on the Estate, but who will fulfill his needs as he carves out his own place in the Pecking Order?

Hi there,
So, if you are reading these reviews, you'll probably notice that I am the author and I gave myself a 5-star rating. My friend recommended I do that to try to generate positive attention to the title. I am guilty as charged. In recompense, I offer some insights and background to the story.
This is my first book. It sat on my hard drive for about 8 years in various incarnations before I finally finished it. It came from a playful dare at a dinner party with some friends. A lovely woman admitted that she thought it would be fun to try to write "polygamist porn" a la Mormons in the old west. I admit that I have no real knowledge about any of that. Master Brown's Estate in "Pecking Order" is entirely fictional and fantasy-based, which is as it should be in my opinion. We all wrote and exchanged a chapter and had a lovely old sexy time about it. And there it might have ended... except...
I couldn't leave Henry alone. There was a story to tell, and I came back to it occasionally over the years. I was interested in looking at how many different kinds of trysts and relationships I could place in a supposedly simple narrative with lots of sex in it. At the same time, I wanted to be as positive as possible, letting my characters have some fun, while Henry grew up, so to speak. A couple of friends encouraged me to try publishing it on Kindle, so here I am: Newbie Erotica Author.
Pecking Order is my most popular book so far and I am not sure why. Maybe it is the Western motif, or the menage content? It has gotten negative reviews, which I respect. Those may have something to do with the man on man sex scene near the beginning, or the fact that it really is smut first, with less in the way of "romance" content. I enjoy learning about all this through this process and I'm grateful to anyone who reads and responds to my work. :)

Booksmacked review
Well that was new.
When I asked for a mm book to review I was recommended this one from a fellow reviewer.
There's not much m/m story but a lot of m/f and m/f/f/f
the story is basically sex scenes upon sex scenes. There isn't much story to it besides the very graphical sex scenes.
So would I Recommend it to anyone? Probably not since I've never been asked to recommend porn to anyone. But The book has it obvious target group and that's just not me. Sorry.
I finished the book because it was very short and I felt I needed to read this and give a review.
So the verdict is:
if you want a hot steamy book this might work for you.
If you are looking for a good love story then this won't be it for you.
My 2,5 stars are given based on that the writing style and that for me the whole Polygamist community Is a new one.

This book is well written. It's hot and heavy from the start. If your looking for a steamy hot book, this is the book for you. It has all forms of sexual desires. A short read full of erotic fantasy.

Picking Order is without a doubt one hot read. It has everything a lover of erotica could want and more. Henry is a farmhand that is introduce to the world of the sublime by his master, the mistress of the house, a milkmaid and the master's wives. This is short story is a fantastic romp.
