I read this book as I am already an early riser and wanted to structure my mornings better. Although it is a great book for motivation and developing a realisation of what can be achieved, it lacked the detailed structure I was looking for. However, I would definitely recommend this book for those that don't already get up at "5am" as it is so beneficial for your mind and soul, and I found the authors enthusiasm for his habit so infectious.

I like this book because it gives very realistic, very doable, guidelines. Easy to tailor into my everyday life, while at the same time giving my routine more spark!
